





It’s the moment we’ve all been waiting for since Love Is Blind: After the Altar — a brand new season of the Love Is Blind social experiment. Like any good relationship, Season 2 is sure to have its ups and downs, and you and your special someone can savor every moment with our perfectly paired Going in Blind Pizza Poppers.
As the name implies, these pizza poppers keep the romance alive by maintaining an air of mystery. Each popper is filled with a unique combination of fillings, so you never know what you’re going to get until you take a bite. Like Barnett in Season 1, you get to take your pick and then go all in.

Ingredients
1 can pizza dough (or store-bought fresh dough) 1 jar marinara sauce 1 bag shredded mozzarella 1 pint Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated Mixed pizza toppings (such as pepperoni, mushrooms, sausage, peppers, onions, black olives, pineapple, ham, artichokes, cherry tomatoes and fresh basil)
Preparation
To start, preheat your oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. On a clean work surface, roll out the dough and cut it into 24 pieces. Dollop one or two teaspoons of sauce onto each piece of dough. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and various pizza toppings.
Have fun with it and make sure to have a variety of combos (so you never know what truly might be inside). Bring the ends together to enclose the filling and take care so that none of the sauce spills out. Place the pizza poppers seam side down on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 1 inch apart. Top them with grated cheese and bake until golden brown, about 12 minutes.
Allow them to cool slightly before serving (the filling will be boiling hot). Garnish with even more grated cheese, if desired. Serve with a bowl of warm marinara sauce for dipping.
