Your Guide to Netflix Stories: Sex Education, the Mobile Game

Summer term is fleeting, but true love lasts forever.

It’s summer, and the temps aren’t the only things rising at Moordale Secondary. Netflix Stories: Sex Education chronicles a whirlwind summer term at the infamously horny school, and packages it in pocket-sized form. After four seasons of the raunchy teen show with a whole lotta heart, now’s your chance to hang with old friends in Moordale.

But summer’s always over before you know it. Moordale’s more than just a school, and we wouldn’t want anyone getting lost or wasting time. We’ve assembled this handy guide to love and locations for new students like you.

Looking for love …

Yeah, a lot of your time will be spent solving the problems of others. Which is great, it’s important work. Everyone deserves love and fun. Thankfully, you’ll have time for finding a special someone for yourself too, even if it doesn’t seem that way at first. You’ve got a couple of options here, but if you’re really looking for love, maybe don’t try to juggle. You can if you want, but with how many balls you’ve got in the air, can you really manage two relationships?

Ever have a bad girl/bad boy fantasy? Now’s your chance to try a heartbreaker on for size. Lucy or Luke (depending on the preferences you set during character creation) is the sexy blonde who comes through in a pinch when it turns out you’ve got a giant rip in your pants at one of Aimee’s parties. Even worse, you’re wearing underwear with rubber duckies all over it. It’s like that nightmare has come to life.

Lucy/Luke pull their pants down and saves the day. Suddenly, the entire party is in knickers. Well, except for Jackson, of course. He’s always all-business regardless of what’s happening, and won’t let anyone get close enough to pull his trousers down.

Then there’s Evan. This altruistic, selfless, and effortlessly cool guy or gal was your first love. You grew up with the future musician and have known each other practically forever.

At Moordale, Evan reappears in your life. Fate has a funny way of bringing people back together when you least expect it in the source material, and clearly that’s no different here.

On the show, the most important romance is, in fact, the romance of friendship. The mobile game follows suit, too. Case in point: Ruby Matthews. You’re competing against her for the same scholarship so you can stay at Moordale. The queen bee keeps her walls up and will bicker with you at every chance she gets. But something changes along the way. She stops being so plastic and opens up. By game’s end, you two are fast friends.

… in all the iconic places

There’s no shortage of familiar digs in Netflix Stories: Sex Education. Here’s a quick rundown:

  • Moordale Secondary School: The main attraction, really. This courtyard has seen all manner of debauchery and depravity.
  • Moordale Secondary’s hallways: Entire social dynamics can change in the time it takes to get from class, to your locker, and sit down for the next class.
  • The abandoned toilets: Clinic HQ. This is where the magic happens when you, Aimee, Otis, and the sexually frustrated go for advice on campus. (Random fact: You can still smell Maeve and Aimee’s first cigarettes here.)
  • Otis and Jean’s house: Can anyone ever have a normal interaction in the driveway here? Aside from when Otis and Ola have their first kiss on the show, it doesn’t seem like it. Maybe you can change that.
  • Otis’ bedroom: Often confused for the bathroom by Jean’s paramours, this room is also the site of an unfortunately timed panic attack (is there any other kind?) when Otis was about to lose his virginity.
  • Jean’s office: Jean’s cavernous office is adorned with all manner of erotica, from a priapic cactus to nude sculptures. If you blush easily, keep the drawers closed. Trust us.
  • Otis’ living room: What happens on the couch between Jean and Jakob is better left unsaid. Otis doesn’t need another personal crisis to wade through, he’s got enough on his plate as is.
  • The pool: Where Jackson spends most of his time. You’d never guess it was Moordale’s fastest Dolphin’s least-favorite spot on campus. But can you blame him?
  • Detention: What teen comedy would be complete without the threat of detention? Or worse, serving a term-long sentence.
  • Aimee’s house: If the walls of this mansion could talk, they’d spin countless tales of intemperance and hedonism. That’s just from Aimee’s last few parties. Mind the urn on the mantle, would you?
