The Bridgerton world is one of romance and passion. But it’s also about family. There’s a reason the meddlesome mamas of Regency-era London are so obsessed with the marriage mart: relationships matter.
Season 4, which is now streaming, sees a new member of the Bridgerton family find his own fairy tale. Second son Benedict Bridgerton (Luke Thompson) leads the installment alongside his now-wife Sophie Bridgerton (Yerin Ha). While Benedict comes to obtain the same kind of romantic love his siblings have found in prior seasons, he begins to see his own family in a new light.
“One of the great things about this show is that it’s about love,” Thompson says. “But it’s also about growing up and … how to grow within your family but not be completely circumscribed by it.”
As Bridgerton fans fall for another magical romance, explore the family trees at the center of the series. You can traverse the ton’s most illustrious lineages with guides to the Bridgertons (who have an adorable new heir), the Featheringtons, the Danburys, the royal family, and even Penwood House.
