Think you’re up for solving a mystery? Feeling like you could tie on a Benoit Blanc-inspired ascot and take on the world? We have just the opportunity for you: Van Leeuwen is introducing a limited-edition ice cream flavor inspired by Rian Johnson’s new whodunit Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery. What’s in it? That’s a question even the Glass Onion cast had trouble with. Check out the delightful taste-test video featuring Johnson, Madelyn Cline, Kate Hudson and Leslie Odom Jr. above.

“There’s fucking onion in this thing,” Hudson says in the video, and she’s damn right — there is f***ing onion in this thing! Bourbon onion jam, to be precise, along with some glazed, pineapple-infused honeycomb. It’s all mixed up in Van Leeuwen’s delicious vanilla ice cream, with a Greek yogurt base that brings out the perfect glassy (get it?) texture. “Are there glass fragments in this?” Johnson asks, slightly alarmed. No, we promise there are not. In fact, it’s tasty enough that Odom Jr. promises to finish the whole pint. (P.S. He actually did.)
You can pick up Van Leeuwen Glass Onion ice cream at Van Leeuwen shops in New York and Los Angeles, or you can order it online. And if that isn’t enough Benoit Blanc-themed sustenance for you, don’t forget to check out White Claw’s “Crack the Claw” mystery game and Outback Steakhouse’s Glass Bloomin’ Onion promotion. Alas, there is not yet any limited-batch hard kombucha brewed by [spoiler alert: redacted]. Maybe someday.
Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery hits Netflix on Dec. 23.
