Whoever says business isn’t personal clearly hasn’t met Mauricio Umansky, who’s built his billion-dollar real estate empire The Agency with his daughters in tow. But conquering the luxury housing market in 90210 and beyond doesn’t come easy — even for real estate’s First Family — so buckle up for the new season of Buying Beverly Hills.

In the fast-paced world of the high-end property business, a healthy market is never guaranteed. This keeps Mauricio and his agents –– including daughters Farrah and Alexia –– on their toes. Plus, the Umanskys bring another family member into the fold in Season 2: Recent college grad Sophia becomes The Agency’s newest intern. With Mauricio at the helm and the support of mom and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards, the new generation of agents is practically built for handling any business and drama that comes across their desk.
But nothing could have prepared them for the bombshells this season, as the foundation of the Umansky clan is rocked like never before, potentially changing the very fabric of the family forever. Read on to learn everything you need to know about Buying Beverly Hills Season 2.
All 10 episodes of Buying Beverly Hills Season 2 will launch on March 22.

Sure, The Agency is a family business, but with a global portfolio of luxury real estate and more developments on the horizon, the Umanskys can’t sell it all themselves. In addition to Mauricio and daughters Farrah, Alexia, and Sophia, expect to see a few familiar agents in the new season, including Ben Belack, Joey Ben-Zvi, Melissa Platt, Brandon Graves, Santiago Arana, Sonika Vaid, and Adam Rosenfeld, along with newcomers Zach Goldsmith and Michelle Schwartz.

While the Bravo star only made a brief appearance in the first season of the occu-soap, Richards will indeed be more prominently featured alongside her family in Season 2, as the series chronicles the lead-up to and fallout after her separation with Umansky. Richards addresses the fracture in their relationship while on vacation with their daughters in this exclusive clip.
At The Agency, Mauricio is his own boss, but it hasn’t always been that way. Before creating his own brokerage, Mauricio got his start in the real estate business at Hilton & Hyland, the firm co-owned by his brother-in-law and former boss, Rick Hilton. Despite being one of the top agents at the company, Mauricio alleges that his request to be made a partner was denied, which led to his eventual exit and a rift between the two families.
The decade old drama gets resurrected in Buying Beverly Hills Season 2, when Mauricio candidly shares his side of the story. “I was just telling the truth,” Maurico tells Tudum about revealing what led to the creation of The Agency. “At the end of the day, it was just two businessmen making two business decisions. I wanted to provide more for my family. I wanted to drive. I wanted to be an owner. I felt like I had a lot of things to teach and I didn't get that opportunity, so I went off and did it on my own.”
