Meet the Agents Tasked with ‘Buying Beverly Hills’ (and Selling It)

Yes, you’ve seen many of them before — and here’s where.

    Oct. 14, 2022

There’s a lot that glitters in Buying Beverly Hills: the cars, the houses, the people. These agents can hold their own against the stunning multimillion dollar properties they sell as part of The Agency, Mauricio Umansky’s global real estate empire. Sometimes they owe their star power to simple charisma. Other times, their on-screen presence comes from years of popping up on reality television. (You’re right, you really do know them from somewhere.) And, sometimes, it’s both — two stars, Farrah Brittany and Alexia Umansky, are the daughters of reality royalty.

Go House Hunting (from Home) with These 10 Real Estate Shows

No matter what, you’re going to have a lot of questions about the cast keeping Buying Beverly Hills running. We’ve got the answers. Here’s your complete guide to characters working hard and playing even harder in the 90210 — along with the details on how to follow them on Instagram and who’s dating whom. Because it’s quite the tangled web the Buying crew weaves. Nothing is ever boring in Beverly Hills.

Mauricio Umansky

The head honcho of The Agency and the patriarch of Buying Beverly Hills. Mauricio has banked over a decade of reality TV experience as the real husband of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards. Now it’s his turn to step into the spotlight as he counsels and leads his agents on multimillion dollar deals. Although Mauricio is one of the most successful realtors in the country, he’s always looking for the next great rising star at The Agency.

Farrah Brittany

Real Housewives fans will recognize Farrah as Kyle’s eldest daughter. But here in Buying Beverly Hills, she’s a powerhouse all her own as a founding member of The Agency, with years of real estate wins under her belt. While Farrah’s always working on finding — and selling — the next great listing, she’s also focused on building her relationship with long-term partner Alex Manos. She also throws a killer Halloween/birthday party.

Alexia Umansky

If you haven’t guessed, The Agency is a family business — and Alexia is following in her father and older sister’s footsteps. Rather than holding an oversized diamond like mom Kyle on Real Housewives, she’s showing off sparkling surfaces as one of The Agency’s newest junior agents. Alexia knows she’s under a lot of pressure as the apple of Mauricio’s eye, but she’s determined to prove her mettle in the competitive world of Los Angeles real estate. She and fellow agent Joey Ben-Zvi have a past as childhood friends (and maybe more).

Santiago Arana

When you see Santiago, expect to also see a gorgeous — and exclusive — property behind him. He’s a partner at The Agency and one of the few people who isn’t battling to gain Mauricio’s respect. Santiago already has it.

Ben Belack

Right now, Ben’s self-described claim to fame is being one of The Agency’s most social media-savvy senior agents. But, before he entered real estate, Ben appeared in series like Jane the Virgin and Veronica Mars in guest starring roles. He’s an ambitious realtor who wasn’t born into the Beverly Hills lifestyle like Alexia or Joey. He’s dating Agency co-worker Amanda York.

Joey Ben-Zvi

Joey is another new junior agent. He and Alexia have been friends since middle school and, as the trailer hints, it’s possible there are (or were, at some point) “feelings” between them. Joey grew up next to Beverly Hills in Brentwood, and has the high-end connections that help when slinging real estate in some of LA’s most coveted zip codes. While Joey enjoys a good time, he’s also determined to rise in The Agency’s ranks.

Jon Grauman

Jon is another senior agent with access to spectacular properties. He uses that power to help train the company’s more junior agents. While Jon is one of the top-selling realtors in Los Angeles, he didn’t always dream of selling mansions. Instead, like his protegée Sonika Vaid, Jon started out in the music industry. His wife is co-worker Lauren Grauman.

Brandon Graves

Like Ben, Brandon is another Agency realtor who counts himself as an outsider resolved to succeed in the cutthroat real estate game. Unlike Ben, however, Brandon is a junior agent acclimating to the industry after years as a professional dancer. Brandon also isn’t afraid to call out the systematic obstacles placed in front of him as Black man.

Allie Lutz Rosenberger

These days, Allie is zipping around LA as a senior agent on Buying Beverly Hills. Back in the day, however, reality fans may have spotted her in a few episodes of The Hills. Now, Allie is living her maximum glam life as a high-heeled realtor, wife and mom of three.

Melissa Platt

Every boss needs a confidant, and Melissa is that for Farrah. The pair are best friends and met through work. While Melissa is extremely close to the Umansky clan, the trailer reveals that she may find herself in hot water during the season.

Sonika Vaid

Once upon a time, Sonika was a finalist on American Idol Season 15. Now, she’s pounding the pavement as a junior agent at The Agency. Although Sonika’s confidence is electric onstage, she’s struggling to bring that same energy to tricky open houses. Sonika’s working on it. When we meet her in Buying Beverly Hills, she’s dating co-worker Kevin Stewart.
