Outcasts are called freaks, monsters, and worse. They don't exactly fit the Normie mold.
But honestly…
They're not trying to.
Because what makes them different…
Is what makes them powerful. So here's the power rundown of each Outcast group. Let's start with the vision-havers, psychics. They get glimpses of the past and future with one touch. So some see the light, doves, while ravens, which is Wednesday, sees darkness. Either way, they know things you haven't even lived yet. Next up, werewolves, AKA Furs. Super strength, speed, heightened senses? Check, check, and check. They roll in deep. Lupin life is all about loyalty to the pack, power, and plenty of howling. Hydes. Pure chaos, brutally strong, super fast, wildly unpredictable, triggered by extreme emotions. They don't act alone, since every Hyde has a master. Serving looks and danger, that's a Siren's job. They can hypnotize you with their Siren song, and once they touch water, instant mermaid energy. Here come the Gorgons, AKA Stoners. One look, and bam, you're stoned. Temporarily! They wear hats and beanies and hoodies to keep their powers in check. Sparks. Basically, human lightning bolts. The ones that can light up the whole school. They generate electricity and shoot lightning from their fingertips. And that is just scratching the surface.
There are…
Shapeshifters…
Avians…
Botanicals… Faceless, my favorite… Swarmers…
Pyros…
So many more. You'll see a whole new class of Outcast powers in Wednesday, season two.
