Yule Logs and Fireplace Scenes to Keep You Cozy This Winter

Sip tea in a Bridgerton drawing room, get snug in the Byers’s home, and seal the Honmoon in Gwi-Ma’s lair.

When the weather grows colder and the days grow shorter, the soothing crackle and warm glow of a fire draws us in. A fireplace is the perfect backdrop for conversation, snuggling, opening presents, sipping tea, and cozying up. And the only thing that might make a pleasant blaze better is one that is set in your favorite Netflix worlds.

This holiday season, you can now grab a coffee and enjoy the alphabet wall of the Byers’s living room from Stranger Things. You can sip hot cocoa by the crackling haunted hearth of Principal Weems’s office from Wednesday. And you can enjoy your couch, couch, couch by the glow of Gwi-Ma’s supernatural energy from K-Pop Demon Hunters. Or choose one of the other familiar fireplace scenes from the fictional worlds you love.

Enjoy original music and keep an eye out for Easter eggs as the magic of your favorite shows and movies creates the perfect cozy atmosphere for your home.

Stranger Things: Fireplace

It’s where Joyce Byers (Winona Ryder) strung hundreds of Christmas lights to communicate with Will (Noah Schnapp) in the Upside Down, and the room where the Hawkins clan has come up with many brilliant plans to save the world. You too can enjoy a nostalgic and relaxing ’80s scene as you lounge in the Byers’s living room, now as familiar to Stranger Things fans as their own, complete with the alphabet wall and a crackling fireplace.

Wednesday: Fireplace

For once, being called into the principal’s office is a good thing as you settle in by the beautifully bleak fire of Principal Weems’s (Gwendoline Christie) office at Nevermore Academy. Just make sure not to get too mesmerized by the flame and watch those dark corners. You never know if a creature — or Thing — lurks in the shadows.

KPop Demon Hunters: Fireplace

You’ll be feeling especially golden by the light of Gwi-Ma’s (Lee Byung-hun) eerie underworld lair. It’s the perfect flaming backdrop for practicing your Saja Boys dance moves or singing along to the instrumental versions of your favorite songs from the movie.

Squid Game: Fireplace

The Front Man (Lee Byung-hun) plays with fire in Squid Game, and so can you as you sip on the sweet taste of power in his gilded office. It’s the perfect backdrop for a family game night — and hopefully it’s one where everyone leaves a winner.

Bridgerton: Fireplace

Transform your space into the noblest of early 19th-century drawing rooms with this sophisticated hearth from Bridgerton. It’s the perfect place to curl up, Gentle Reader, with a copy of Lady Whistledown’s Society Papers while enjoying a respite.

Spellbound: Fireplace

Dream up a magical quest of your own as you circle ’round this enchanting fire at the edge of the Dark Forest from Spellbound. Here, the only spell to worry about is the “monstrous” wave of warmth it casts into your home.

The Witcher: Fireplace

Join the Witchers in the Great Hall at Kaer Morhen and rest up by this blazing fire before you face the monsters that lie ahead. It’s a fitting backdrop for exchanging battle tales, preparing for your destiny, or singing the songs of the bards.

Family Pack: Fireplace

Take a trip to a medieval forest and enjoy the flaming embers of adventure. Set in the board game world where the Vassier family hunt werewolves to ensure their safe return home, this bonfire is ideal for a roaring family game night — or for warding off the monsters of the dark.
