What happens in Ad Vitam?

Franck (Canet) and his wife, Léo (Caillard), met as GIGN trainees and worked alongside each other for years before getting together. Now, Léo is pregnant, and the pair are overjoyed. But things have been tense — their house has been ransacked twice in recent days, and they seemingly have no clue why. That is, until they’re visited by violent masked men who demand Franck tell them “what he knows,” otherwise they’ll kill his wife. When Franck doesn’t talk, the men kidnap Léo and leave Franck unconscious. As Franck tracks down answers, he looks to his past — and the death of his friend and colleague, Nico (Manenti) — to find out the truth.
