In Salish’s 12 Games of Christmas, premiering Nov. 28, Salish Matter will invite seven of her closest friends to a winter getaway to drink cocoa and partake in an epic game of social deduction. Hosted by her dad, Jordan Matter, the 12 festive challenges will give the friend group a chance to compete to win a mountain of presents. But it’s not all Christmas cheer!
Someone among them is an impostor, and their job is to sabotage the games and swipe the gifts. The rest of the cabin crew must figure out who the unhelpful elf is before the final round. Can they unwrap the culprit before it’s too late?
The holiday competition special is a new chapter for the dad-daughter duo, whose three-season licensed series is already streaming on Netflix. Their vibrant storytelling style earned them a massive following on their YouTube channel and continues to bring families together to watch.
“So many shows I love are on Netflix, and I can’t believe that soon I will have one of those shows,” Salish told Tudum when their partnership with Netflix was announced earlier this year. “It’s a super exciting opportunity, and I can’t wait to start filming!”
