Another season in the ton has begun, and viewers grabbed their masquerade masks and danced their way through Part 1 of Bridgerton Season 4. The new season took No. 1 last week on the English TV list with 39.7 million views and appeared in the Top 10 in 91 countries. Those eager to catch up on Benedict Bridgerton’s story ahead of his grand romance returned to Season 1, which took the No. 10 spot with 2.7 million views, as well as Season 3, which landed at No. 8, also with 2.7 million views. The series continues to be a cultural touchstone.

Placing propriety aside, viewers turned to the double-cross drama of The Rip, putting the suspense thriller at No. 1 on the English film list for the third week in a row with 14.6 million views. Lieutenant Dane Dumars (Matt Damon) and Detective Sergeant J.D. Byrne (Ben Affleck) lead their tactical narcotics team on a raid that recovers $20 million, but counting the money overnight leaves plenty of time for corruption to creep in.

Tessa Thompson and Jon Bernthal play their own game of deception in His & Hers, which took No. 2 on the English TV list with 11 million views. The two actors play an estranged wife and husband, Anna and Jack, who must face their demons when a murder in their small town connects back to them in mysterious ways.

Skating from thin ice to thicker ice is the YA romance series Finding Her Edge, which moved up to No. 3 on the list with 6.7 million views. Based on the book by Jennifer Iacopelli, the series is about Adriana (Madelyn Keys), a retired ice dancer who returns to save the family skating rink. She fakes a romance with her new partner, Brayden (Cale Ambrozic), but it gets complicated when her former partner and first love, Freddie (Olly Atkins), reappears. Fans who want to see what’s in store for this love triangle can rejoice in the announcement of Season 2.

At No. 2 for a second week on the English film list is Kidnapped: Elizabeth Smart with 9.6 million views. The documentary fills in the astounding details of one of America’s most publicized kidnappings, including the Smart family’s unwavering efforts to find her and Elizabeth’s own account of the nine months she spent in captivity — and how she hasn’t let the experience define her. And KPop Demon Hunters took No. 3 on the list with 6.8 million views, its 33rd week in the Top 10. Just when you think there’s nowhere left to go up, up, up, the animated musical has another moment, this time for taking home the Grammy for Best Song Written for Visual Media for the film’s hit, “Golden,” the first K-pop song in history to win a Grammy award.

Hanging in the Top 10 with a climber’s grip is Skyscraper Live, which nabbed the No. 4 spot on the English TV list with 5.3 million views. The Korean series follows a multilingual interpreter who takes a job on a global travel dating show featuring two celebrities, one of whom he met years before she grew famous and for whom he now finds he is developing feelings — all while having to aid her in dating on the show. The romance continues with the fifth season of Single’s Inferno, which remained in the No. 2 spot on the list, with 3.9 million views. The Korean dating show introduces a new batch of singles on the deserted Inferno island, offering couples the chance to escape to Paradise.
