As the royal heir and the self-made CEO transform the estate into a luxury bed-and-breakfast, their contentious relationship takes a turn toward romance. Directed by Priyanka Ghose (The Night Manager) and Nupur Asthana (Hip Hip Hurray), The Royals was created by Rangita Pritish Nandy and Ishita Pritish Nandy (Four More Shots Please!). It was written by Neha Veena Sharma (Ziddi Girls).

What happens in The Royals?
When ace CEO Sophia Kanmani Shekhar (Pednekar) meets Aviraaj Singh (Khatter), a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to grow her new startup falls right into her lap. Aviraaj is a prince whose crumbling royal manor in the city of Morpur, India, needs renovations desperately — except his family doesn’t have the money to make them happen. In comes Sophia, a savvy business exec whose company gets five-star bed-and-breakfasts up and running. But can polo-playing aristocratic Aviraaj and girlboss Sophia put their class issues and vastly different life experiences aside for long enough to save the palace? Or will their growing feelings for each other get in the way?
