Ahead of the Stranger Things series finale, streaming Dec. 31, Netflix Shop has dropped an exclusive merch collection that unites the worlds of Stranger Things and Sesame Street. On Nov. 10, Netflix released a reimagined new season of Sesame Street for audiences worldwide. Oscar the Grouch is transformed into a Demogorgon, with shaggy green petals encircling the face of the neighborhood’s favorite curmudgeon. As the social media announcement of the collab warns, “watch out for the grouchogorgan.” And the dynamic duo Bert and Ernie are recast as unlikely besties Steve Harrington and Dustin Henderson. Bert’s unibrow pairs perfectly with Steve’s iconic hair, while Ernie sports Dustin’s Thinking Cap trucker hat — which is also available for purchase from Netflix Shop. Underneath Oscar, Bert, and Ernie, the title of the award-winning children’s series appears in the Stranger Things font and style.
