Jamie Campbell Bower has revealed a very sweet Vecna secret.

In the minutes leading up to the debut of Stranger Things Season 4 Volume 2 Thursday night, Bower joined his castmates David Harbour and Brett Gelman on Instagram Live for a hilarious Q&A hosted by Netflix Geeked’s Terri Schwartz. At the end of the chat, a fan asked Bower what Vecna’s Starbucks order is because there’s a shot of him enjoying a large drink while the hair and makeup team transforms him into the villain in a behind-the-scenes video. Apparently, this isn’t the first time he’s received this question.

“Actually [Stranger Things co-creators] Matt and Ross [Duffer] asked me this the other day,” Bower said. “It’s a venti salted caramel cream cold brew with extra foam, otherwise known as the Vecna.”

“You really juice the sugar before you [perform],” said Gelman with a laugh.

“I was, like, fully caffeinated,” Bower joked. “It’s a wonder I didn’t die!”

During the brief yet lively conversation, the foursome discussed Gelman’s stunt-work in Volume 1, a potential outing to see Minions: The Rise of Gru and what fans can expect from the final two episodes.

“It’s a sprint to the finish. Enjoy yourselves. And you’re just going to have a blast,” said Harbour. Gelman added, “This is going to blow your minds out of your skulls in a very positive way.”

In May, the Duffers told Tudum that viewers shouldn’t take for granted that the gang will emerge victorious this time around. “There’s a sense of dread that pervades the atmosphere,” said Matt Duffer. “[The characters even consider,] ‘Maybe this isn’t going to work out for us this time.’ And so, I like the idea that everyone, our characters and hopefully the audience, are going to go head into the finale more frightened than they are normally for our characters.”

The final two supersized episodes of Season 4 clock in at a hefty four hours long, with Episode 408 a breezy 1 hour and 25 minutes, and 409 pushing 2 hours and 30 minutes. In other words: Hope you’ve got some Eggo waffles ready for an early breakfast when you’re done.

Volume 2 is here, so in the words of Bower, “Strap in, get some popcorn and a decent blanket and a pillow to shield your eyes.”
