At the end of Selling Tampa Season 1, the ladies of Allure Realty are facing a new reality: Office manager Juawana Colbert takes a leading role in the agency as a pregnant Sharelle Rosado splits her time between Miami and Tampa Bay. This turn of events leaves a whole lot of questions up in the air: Did Rena start her own brokerage? Has Alexis come back to the firm? And, most importantly, has Cho been shirtless in any other pools? Read on to find out what’s been happening on the vibrant beaches of Tampa Bay.
Rena Upshaw-Frazier and Anne-Sophie Petit-Frere are still working at Allure.
Though Upshaw-Frazier teases her departure throughout the season — even going so far as to rent office space in Episode 7 — she seems to still be at the brokerage. Her Instagram bio reads “Broker Associate with @allurerealtyfl,” and she’s been posting about deals she closed with the firm. Petit-Frere also baits a potential breakaway, telling Upshaw-Frazier in Episode 8 that she’ll be getting her broker’s license because she doesn’t “want to be unhappy if things don’t go well when Juawana takes charge.” However, as of now, Petit-Frere is still closing deals with the agency, even becoming the first Allure agent in 2021 to “cap,” a real estate term meaning to reach a high enough level of production that the agent is no longer required to split commissions with the firm, according to Keller Williams.
Alexis Williams has returned to the brokerage.
It appears that Williams was not fired for long, as the realtor has been posting about Allure on Instagram since summer 2021. While posing in front of Allure’s Tampa office, she quotes author and inspirational speaker Simon Sinek, writing, “Achievement comes when we pursue and attain what we want. Success comes when we are in a clear pursuit of why we want it.” She seems to be glad that she’s back with the firm, though we’re guessing Tennille Moore might not be!
Sharelle Rosado is expecting her second daughter.
In Episode 6, Rosado finds out that she’s unexpectedly pregnant with fiancé Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson’s child. In August 2021, she took exclusive pregnancy photos for People and confirmed to them that the baby will be a girl, joining daughter Ariana, 15, and sons Marcus, 13, and Denim, 5.
Allure has expanded to Miami and Charlotte.
The women of Allure are continuing to expand their real estate empire, starting with the South. On June 28, 2021, Rosado announced that the brokerage’s Charlotte location was in the works. Five weeks later, she announced that its Miami location was open for business. Colbert, Rosado’s right-hand woman, appears to be involved in the Charlotte operation — she recently announced that she’s now licensed to make sales in North Carolina.
Cho is still hot.
Are we really surprised about this one?
