Who’s Still Together from Love Is Blind: UK Season 2 After the Reunion?

“I feel like I was his experiment in the experiment.”

    By Olivia Harrison
    Nov. 26, 2025

A new pod squad entered Love Is Blind: UK Season 2 wearing their hearts — and, for one particular dater, his spleen — on their sleeves.

30 men and women flirted, shed tears, built intimacy, and, in a few cases, even fell in love, all through the glowing purple wall. In the pods, there were two different love triangles, a croon-inspiring tattoo, and a Japanese good luck charm that turned out to be a very bad omen for one pairing. We watched five duos get engaged sight unseen, and one go their separate ways thanks to splenic intervention. Then, the remaining couples attempted to build a physical connection that matches their emotional one ahead of their weddings in just a few weeks. In that time, another partnership came to a dramatic end after one fateful night out, and the four remaining couples headed down the aisle. Now that they’ve faced one another at the altar and on the reunion couches, here’s where all the Season 2 couples stand.

Keep reading to find out what’s gone down since filming ended, who blocked who after the reunion, and whether there’s still hope for two former flames.

Megan and Kieran on their wedding day

Kieran and Megan

STATUS: STILL TOGETHER

As the only Season 2 couple still together today, Kieran and Megan were thrilled to have an opportunity to share highlights from their “amazing year” at the reunion. As Megan puts it, “We’re still in love. Yay!” And though they remain a bit confused by what exactly happened between the other couples, this happy pair is glad their friends had a chance to at least try and gain some closure. “It was nice talking about us,” Kieran says, laughing. “It wasn’t nice seeing what was going on around us.”

A year into their marriage, Kieran believes there are a few ingredients that make their partnership so successful. It all comes down to good communication, trust, unwavering support, and, of course, lots of laughs. “Some of the buzzwords you hear about strong relationships are ultimately true,” he says. “We’re really open with each other about everything, and we have each other’s back in every situation. If you’ve got those two things, and you’re having a whole load of fun together, you’re doing all right.” Megan believes that they were able to build that strong foundation in the experiment by showing up authentically, and by ignoring outside distractions that could get in the way of them nurturing their connection. “From day one, we were just ourselves,” she says. “We just focused on each other and ourselves.”

While this bubbly couple spends a lot of time laughing, dating in the pods allowed both of them to get a bit more serious. “I learned how to be vulnerable and let my walls down,” says Megan.

Opening up to that degree in the pods didn’t come easily for her, but she’s grateful that hours and hours of deep chats ultimately pushed her out of her comfort zone. “I’ve never had those conversations before with anyone,” she emphasizes. The same holds true for Kieran. “I’m quite a confident, happy, optimistic person, and I always try to bring that energy always,” he explains. “So to get into those slightly darker areas of life and open up about insecurities doesn’t come naturally.” Both Kieran and Megan feel that they were able to share all the different sides of themselves for the very first time, and that, it seems, is what makes their love so strong. “That balance of being able to go to those depths but also be really silly is really important.”

NOT TOGETHER

Billy and Ashleigh on their wedding day

Billy and Ashleigh

STATUS: NOT TOGETHER

“Personally, I felt it was a trainwreck,” Billy tells Tudum about the reunion. The intense energy Ashleigh directed his way came as a surprise since, according to Billy, they hadn’t had a “nasty breakup.”  In fact, he adds, “Up until about 30 seconds before we stepped out, I was under the impression that me and Ashleigh were amicable because that’s how our conversations ended.” Meanwhile Ashleigh says she was taken aback by Billy’s approach. “The reunion didn’t go the way I imagined it to go,” she says. “I wanted to come onstage and be strong, and I think I did that. What was really unnerving was how jittery and uncomfortable he was sitting next to me.”

Billy views their conversation on the reunion couch as “an unfair fight,” claiming that Ashleigh monopolized their time and left little room for his perspective. “It just kind of felt like the girls spun their dialogue,” he remarks. “They had something rehearsed.” But Ashleigh found Billy’s reactions to what she had to say “really startling.” “Did he really think I was going to let him get away with what he did? He walked away, and I wanted answers, accountability, and clarity,” Ashleigh says, adding she hoped they would accomplish that peacefully. “I felt like he was deflecting. He called me a liar. He spoke some really nasty words to me. This is not the Billy that I married.”

From Billy’s POV, the downfall of their relationship stemmed from the fears he previously expressed about their conflicting work lives coming true. While he agrees that both went “above and beyond” to make the marriage work, their demanding schedules “took a toll” after filming. “We just disconnected. As I was pulling away, I felt her pulling away as well. We weren’t saying ‘I love you’ anymore, and it got to a point where a decision had to be made.” That decision, according to Billy, was incredibly difficult and left him truly heartbroken. What hurts him most is Ashleigh’s characterization of their breakup, he says. “It was far from cold. I was crying, she was crying, we talked for hours about it.”

As for where these two go from here, Ashleigh’s still hoping to find unconditional love. “I’ve learned that I am enough and that the right person will compromise as much as I will,” she shares. And while his romance with Ashleigh didn’t last, Billy says he isn’t holding onto ill will. “I still care for her, and I’ve still got respect for her.” And yet according to Ashleigh, after the reunion, he blocked her.

Kal and Sarover on their wedding day

Kal and Sarover

STATUS: NOT TOGETHER

Kal approached the reunion as an opportunity to give Sarover “clarity and closure.” “Those are two areas I fell short on during the breakup, and I realize that now,” he admits. Sarover was hoping for the same. “I wanted Kal to explain to me and everybody else what changed between the day you said ‘I love you’ and ‘I do’ to three months later when you just walked away,” she shares. Reflecting on his responses, she believes Kal is simply happy on his own and is incapable of putting someone else first. So while Sarover finally received an answer to her heartbreaking question, the ordeal left her feeling used by a man she once loved: “I feel like I was his experiment in the experiment.”

Since Kal was seemingly easily able to walk away, Sarover says their marriage didn’t feel “real” after the split. According to Sarover, Kal didn’t just fail to honor his commitment to her by trying to work with her on their issues. He didn’t even let her know there were issues in the first place. Kal, on the other hand, doesn’t think it’s his — or anyone else’s — fault that their relationship didn’t last. “None of us did anything wrong,” he says. “It just didn’t work.” That’s why he feels it was unfair he received so much heat on the reunion stage. “It was like a pantomime where I was the villain because everything she said was applauded, but everything I said, even though they were valid points, was sneered at.”

Despite their not-so-happy ending, Kal still looks back at their time together, especially their wedding day, with extreme fondness. “It wasn’t the ending we wanted, but that doesn’t change how good a day that was for me,” he says. “It’s still, to this day, the best day of my life. It was beautiful.” He’s also proud that he and Sarover opened up an important conversation about dating across cultures. And regardless how things ended, Sarover says she, too, gained something life-changing from the experiment. “For the first time ever, I dated with an open heart, and I fell in love,” she shares. “So that’s what I’m going to continue to do.”

Jed and Bardha on their wedding day

Jed and Bardha

STATUS: NOT TOGETHER

Bardha and Jed broke their silence on the reunion couches after going their separate ways months ago. But she, at least, didn’t need to resolve much of anything during the long-awaited conversation. “I wasn’t looking for a resolution, to be honest,” she says. “He showed me everything I needed to know.” Jed, meanwhile, feels like Bardha’s behavior at the reunion was “a bit performative,” and that a few of her remarks — particularly that “I wish you all the best far away from me” burn — were unnecessary. “No one wins here,” he says. “You look a bit silly. I look silly.”

Instead of going “tit for tat,” Jed thinks they both needed to take responsibility for the relationship’s dissolving. “We both had parts to play in it. We both needed to stop being stubborn and just apologize and move on in our different ways.” Bardha believes Jed could have used the reunion as an opportunity to do just that … he just didn’t. “It was a little bit disappointing to see that he just still won’t take any accountability for his actions,” she explains. Or lack of actions, since Bardha maintains that Jed didn’t try to make their relationship work, and he’s never acknowledged that. “If I saw any glimmer of hope,” she adds, “I would have kept trying.”

When it comes down to it, Bardha believes that Jed’s “ego” held him back from continuing to build their connection after their wedding day. “I think he was pissed that I beat him to the punch because I think he was going to say no as well.” Luckily, she likely won’t be in that situation again. In the future, she plans to take her sweet time getting to know someone before walking down the aisle. Bardha’s biggest takeaway from the experiment is “do not rush into anything” when it comes to love. Jed, on the other hand, is leaving the experience with appreciation for their time together. “We had some great moments,” he says, “but if it didn’t work, it didn’t work.”

Javen and Katisha smiling

Javen and  Katisha

STATUS: NOT TOGETHER

Despite getting engaged, Katisha felt that she and Javen were just casually dating once they left the pods. That’s why, she says, she chose to break it off before they made it to the altar. A year later, she’s still frustrated by his laissez-faire approach to love, given that the entire aim of the experiment is to find and marry a partner. According to Katisha, his attitude toward their relationship remained unchanged even after the breakup. She reached out in hopes of discussing what had gone down between them, but he seemed disinterested. “I was trying to be curious about what happened, and he was just playing it down and dismissing me,” she says.

Having exhausted all options trying to connect with Javen ahead of the reunion, Katisha says she arrived already feeling “defeated.” Javen, on the other hand, believes  they were able to leave the conversation on that couch with a sense of closure. “We all saw there was no curtain,” he says, putting an end to the #PhotoboothGate controversy. “I feel like I got my points across. I said what I wanted to say.” One of the things he wanted to tell her is “I’m sorry,” and he wanted to express it openly. “I got to apologize publicly,” he shares. “Like I said, we met up in London and I apologized privately.”

Still, Katisha feels like Javen is unable to effectively communicate about their issues. “He’s just constantly deflecting and not really concentrating on what actually happened,” she says. “It doesn’t make it look like he thought the relationship was real.” Navigating the ups and downs of the last year has left Katisha with one valuable lesson she’ll be bringing with her into future romantic pursuits, however: “If you’re in an environment where you feel like you can’t be heard then that’s not the environment you need to be in.”

Patrick and Aanu

Patrick

When it comes to the most quotable moment of the season, Patrick would like to exspleen … or rather, explain. “Maybe I could have just said’ trust my gut,’” he tells Tudum. “In human design, the way I'm meant to make decisions is through my spleen. It just basically means ‘trust your intuition.’ It doesn’t actually mean the physical spleen.” Reflecting on his time in the pods, Patrick is happy that he followed his natural instincts —- regardless of their origin — in regards to his early connection with Aanu. After sensing the two of them were incompatible, he somewhat abruptly ended the relationship and left the experiment solo. “Marriage is something so serious and sacred, so I’m so 100% happy with my decision,” he says. “ I never felt even an ounce of what the other felt if I'm totally honest. That's why it was very easy for me in the end to make that decision.”

While Patrick never heard the song Aanu planned to perform for him, the two did finally meet face-to-face at the mid-season mixer, leading to a dramatic confrontation. Patrick says he was “blindsided” by Aanu’s reaction, but he quickly understood that the two had processed their experience differently. “I did not see that coming,” he says. “Rejection is a massive part of life and I've been rejected before. She should be happy. It’s a good thing because now we can find people that actually align with us.” For Patrick, the exchange confirmed once and for all that the two are just not meant to be. “At the end of the day, the mask comes off and the real character shows through,” he says. “[The situation] was very ugly and very bitter, and I could never see myself marrying this type of person.”

As for skipping the reunion, Patrick wasn’t looking forward to repeating history. “I'm super happy [I didn’t go]. Again, I had to just trust my spleen,” he says. “I just feel like it’s been a year, and myself and Aanu, we have gone our separate ways. There’s no need to continuously create drama and fight. I just had to put an end to it and just not show up.” Instead, Patrick shared a statement at the reunion, putting to rest the rumors about his prior relationship status before heading into the pods. “I came into Love Is Blind single with the genuine intention of finding a wife,” he said in the statement. “While my journey on the show didn’t end in a partnership, 2025 has been life-changing as I embrace the joy of becoming a father. My focus now is on this new chapter of fatherhood.”

Sophie and Kieran sitting at a bar.

Sophie

STATUS: SINGLE

A lot can change in a year, especially for someone in Sophie’s position. After leaving the pods due to a love triangle with Kieran and Megan gone sideways, she was “quite disheartened” with the outcome. “I put so much pressure on myself to leave with a husband,” she tells Tudum. “I remember thinking, ‘Oh, maybe I’m the problem and I should have given these guys more of a chance.’ ”

But all these months later, her perspective has shifted, given the state of the other relationships among the pod squad. “My only emotional investment was myself going through [the pods]. I haven’t been engaged. I’m not married or getting divorced from anyone,” she says. “It’s a blessing in disguise. I’m in a very happy position, and Mr. Right will find me one day.” Currently, Sophie is very much single, having pressed pause on her dating life over the past year. However, that hasn’t stopped potential suitors from knocking at her virtual door. “My DMs are pretty juicy right now, but I’m still in the Love Is Blind bubble,” she affirms.

These days Sophie is focused on moving forward, especially when it comes to any lingering drama with Katisha and Javen over what went down in Manchester. As she stated at the reunion, Sophie knows she could’ve been more sensitive to the situation, calling herself “the last person [Katisha] wants to hear from” at the moment. “I've apologized for my behavior. If I was in her position, it’s shit. I get that they’re engaged and I’ve said sorry for my part to play in it,” says Sophie. “I have tremendous respect for her.” After all is said and done, Sophie hopes that Katisha (and the viewers watching at home) understand that there was “nothing to worry about from Javen’s behavior with me.” As Sophie sees it, "The girl was just having a chat” after a few lychee martinis — nothing more, nothing less. “A lot of it was banter. We were taking the piss out of each other and that’s why we’re laughing so hard,” she explains, noting that she formed connections with both Javen and Jed in the pods. “That’s how our dates were. All very jokey, jokey.”

In fact, that’s what Sophie feels has been lost in translation. “I feel like people didn’t see my humor,” she says. “I’m so quick-witted but I’m also very blunt, so a lot of the time I’m joking and people think I’m dead serious.” Feeling misunderstood by her fellow pod squad members and some fans has been tough, but Sophie hopes that reunion cleared things up about her intentions. “I was so serious about finding my husband that I had a checklist and I just knew the men in there weren’t that, so I clocked out.” Most importantly, Sophoe has received some extremely moving responses after opening up about her relationship with her mother. “If anything, I hope that I am the poster child for people to know it’s OK to walk away from things that don't serve you, but equally if people change, it’s OK to give them another chance.”

Demola walking to the pods with a drink and his notebook.

Demola

STATUS: SINGLE

For the moment, Demola is very much single — despite numerous  invitations from women flooding his DMs. “I’m grateful for all the love I'm receiving, the marriage proposals,” he tells Tudum. “But I’m just working on myself first before I give myself to somebody else.”

Participating in the experiment gave Demola the chance to learn even more about himself, an opportunity he feels extremely grateful for in retrospect. “I definitely [walked away with] the understanding that the energy you put into something is the energy you will receive,” he says.  “When things didn’t go my way, it didn’t mean that I was going to throw my toys out of the pram. I was willing to accept it because I believe that the clean-hearted always win.” Getting rejected by Katisha in the pods and watching her leave engaged to Javen tested him, but ultimately made him stronger. “Rejection is God’s protection and redirection,” he says. “That doesn’t mean that in the moment it’s not going to feel right, but something better is on its way.”

While some might expect him to relish in the demise of Javen and Katisha’s relationship, Demola certainly isn’t celebrating their downfall. “It was a shame,” he says of the breakup. “I really just wished them the best and I was actually rooting for them. I would’ve been their cheerleader. I love love, so I was hoping that it worked out.”

Now that many months have passed since filming, Demola is ready to close the Love Is Blind chapter on his own terms, especially when it comes to the love triangle. But the rest of his story with Katisha remains unwritten. “It’s a complicated situation, so who knows? I feel like our connection was real, and I think we both knew that,” he says. “I think only time will tell. You, but never know what’s next in store and if there is something that might happen from past relationships.”
