Kang Ha (Lee Chae-min), a mild-mannered scholarship student, transfers to Jooshin High School with a heavy heart and a singular mission: to unearth the school’s biggest-ever scandal … and get his revenge. But navigating this world of privilege isn’t easy — these students are practically royalty and firmly believe they can do no wrong. To them, Kang Ha is a nobody, just like the scholarship kids who came before him — like In-han, who died after being struck by a car at the beginning of the series. But what really happened to him? And why is Kang Ha so invested in avenging his death?
When he catches the eye of Jae-i (Roh), the so-called queen of the school, Kang Ha’s life at Jooshin gets even more complicated. Jae-i’s part of the school’s ruling clique, alongside He-ra (Chi), Woo-jin (Lee Won-jeong), and her on-and-off boyfriend Ri-an (Kim Jae-won), who run Jooshin like they own it — which is true for Ri-an: His parents literally own the school. As love triangles and jealous rage abound, with everyone seemingly a murder suspect, will Kang Ha find out what happened in In-han once and for all? And maybe even find true love in the process?
