Tudum Global Event - Netflix Tudum

1. The event will take place between 12 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Entry will not be allowed after 08:30 p.m.

2. Age rating: 16 years old. *
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian older than 18, and written permission from parents or legal guardians must be submitted.
Children up to 2 years of age do not need to purchase a ticket to enter the event, and parents or guardians must accompany them.
* Some areas and activities in the event may have a different age rating. Check the instructions at the event.

3. The event entrance is free of charge. Selling tickets of any kind is prohibited.

4. To register for the event and get a ticket, you must be at least 16 years old.

5. The ticket is for personal use and is non-transferable.

6. The ticket gives access to the TUDUM event, which will take place at Fundação Bienal de São Paulo, between June 16 and 18, 2023.

7. Each person is entitled to get a maximum of three (03) tickets, limited to one (01) ticket per CPF (Individual Taxpayer ID).

8. Admission is not guaranteed. The capacity of the venue is limited to 9600 people.

9. Virtual scheduling is required to participate in the experiences, and the registration links will be disclosed during the event.

10. The event may be recorded. By entering the event, you automatically assign rights to the use of the footage taken from you for news coverage, institutional videos, and advertising campaigns that the organization, sponsors, or partners may produce.

11. To enter the event, you have to show an official ID document with a photo and the QR code of the ticket that you will receive by email or through the Sympla app.

12. The ticket is valid as a single entry. When you leave the event venue, you cannot return.

13. People carrying the following items will not be allowed to enter the event:

• Glass bottles, rigid containers with or without lids (for example, plastic jars);
• Chairs and/or stools;
• Skateboard, bicycle, or any type of motorized or non-motorized vehicle;
• Cans;
• Helmets;
• Umbrellas;
• Flags;
• Firearms or cold weapons of any kind (knives, pocket knives, etc.);
• Pointed objects;
• Spiked or sharp objects (scissors, knife cutters, tweezers, nail clippers, etc.);
• Alcoholic beverages;
• Food or products for commercialization purposes;
• Poisonous and/or toxic substances, including illegal drugs and implements for the use of drugs;
• Icebox, cooler, or any kind of storage utensil;
• Manual or electric air pump;
• Fireworks, explosive devices, flares, and incendiary devices of any kind;
• Selfie sticks;
• Professional camera/ camcorder (interchangeable lens);
• Over-the-counter medicines.
• Lasers, walkie-talkies, and drones;
• Animals, except guide dogs identified and accompanied by visually impaired people;
• Other objects that may cause risk, damage, or annoyance, subject to the discretion of the event production, security, and police at the venue. To enter the event, visitors will be subject to a search to check for unauthorized objects.

Under no circumstances will we retain and store prohibited objects. The owner should discard them to enter the event.

Entrance will not be allowed for people who refuse to discard the unauthorized objects or for those who show any behavior that is inappropriate and/or contrary to public order.

Do I need to be a Netflix subscriber to enter Tudum event?

You are not required to be a subscriber. The event is open to the public upon registration and confirmation by the event promoter due to the venue’s limited capacity.

Can I go to all three days of the event? 

No, each person is entitled to get a maximum of three (03) tickets, limited to one (01) ticket per CPF (Individual Taxpayer ID), for one of the days of your choice.

What is the capacity of the venue?

The maximum capacity is 9600 people simultaneously inside the pavilion.

Does my ticket guarantee my entry?

No. :( The event is subject to the maximum capacity of the venue.

How can I go to the Tudum event?

Register on our website, www.tudum.com/brasil, to guarantee your ticket and await a confirmation email with your ticket attached.

What are Tudum’s attractions? Are they free?

All attractions are free. Virtual scheduling is required to participate in the experiences, and the registration links will be disclosed in the event in each activity.

Who are Tudum’s guests?

The confirmed guests will be announced on the event’s website, www.tudum.com/brasil, and on our social media.

What day and time will the guests be at the event?

The days and times will be available on the event’s website: www.tudum.com/brasil.

Will there be a food court? Will it be free?

There will be a food area with several food and beverage options. The visitors must pay for the meals and snacks.

Will transportation or shuttle services be offered to the Tudum event?

Shuttle buses will depart from Paraíso and AACD-Servidor subway stations between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. The shuttle service will run until 9 p.m.

Is parking or valet service available at the venue?

The park’s internal area has 650 parking spaces. Therefore, we recommend using our complimentary shuttle service or public transportation.

Can I take pictures at the event?

You can and should! We are preparing an event with incredible experiences for you to keep in your memory and share in your feed. ;)

What is the age rating of the event?

Entrance is allowed for those over 16 years old. Minors under 16 must be accompanied by their legal guardians or have a companion over 18 authorized by their legal guardians.

If I leave the event venue, can I return?

No, the entrance allows one entry only. If you leave the event venue, you cannot return.

Does my ticket provide access to the live show in the Auditorium?

No, the ticket is only valid for the TUDUM event at Pavilhão da Bienal. But the entire show will broadcast on the screens in the rest areas.
