In this bonus episode, listeners can enjoy the entirety of The Sandman: Dreamcast from beginning to end without interruption. And below, the cast of The Sandman share their tips for getting a perfect night of sleep:

Tom Sturridge (Dream): The perfect night’s sleep for me only comes after a day of intense work. I need to have used bones in my back otherwise I’m very, very restless and end up staying up. If I haven’t worked properly, I don’t feel like I’ve deserved the bed.

Kirby Howell-Baptiste (Death): I only bath generally in the winter because it’s too hot. But there’s something about sitting [in a tub] and being like human soup, then going to bed, putting on a great show and falling asleep — that’s my way of preparing for a good night’s sleep.

Stephen Fry (Gilbert): Whether or not you have a dog, go for a walk at about nine o'clock in the evening — if you live in a safe neighborhood. And if you’re in California, take a few edibles [laughs].

Vanesu Samunyai (Rose Walker): A warm shower. I like to drink milk whether it’s oat milk or cow’s milk. Listen to some music, play some meditative music or something calming. Maybe go on YouTube in search of some affirmations. Dim the lights and put some essential oils on your body.

Boyd Holbrook (The Corinthian): I like the dark. Put anything over my eyes. I’ve acquired the ability to sleep anywhere. As long as you can just cross over [into sleep], that’s all I need.
