Hopping on reality TV may not be the most obvious route for some, but hey, if you’re looking for your soulmate, anything’s worth a try. Love Is Blind is a dating reality show that asks contestants to fall in love sight unseen. The series’ pod method — in which contestants go on a series of blind dates where they only speak to each other through a wall — has been duplicated in nine other countries. Love is Blind: Brazil changes up the experiment in Season 5, with participants who are all over the age of 50. The series is hosted by Brazilian power couple Camila Queiroz, a model and actress, and Klebber Toledo, an actor, who help the singles find love in the latter half of their lives.

The docuseries The Later Daters follows six people aged from their mid 50s to early 70s who are hopping back into the dating scene. Each contestant meets with a dating coach who guides them on a reflective journey to find love — which includes opening up their world views, becoming more introspective about their decades of relationship experience, and stepping out of their comfort zones. As they learn to harness their wisdom, these single elders rediscover a spark within themselves.

Love After Divorce is a Korean reality show that features divorced couples who agree to be their ex’s wingman with the other divorcees at the resort. Newly single and ready to find love again — with the blessing of their former partners and in some cases, co-parents — these contestants hype each other up to jump back into the dating pool.

But what starts as pillow talk evolves into a budding new love that neither one is sure they’re ready for.
