This is not an April Fools’ joke: Over two decades since the series’ first entry, Spy Kids is coming back. And we’re getting more Top Boy. And a calm, predictable season of Elite without any love triangles, shirtless students or crime... OK, well, that one’s obviously a joke. From a Bridgerton spinoff to an Umbrella Academy update, here’s a refresher on all the news we announced this week.

1. If you’ve already breezed through Kate and Anthony’s story, don’t be vexed: There’s a lot more Bridgerton to come, including a newly announced spinoff about Queen Charlotte’s youth. Learn more about the forthcoming series and its cast here.

2. Twenty-one years later, we’re getting a whole new Spy Kids. Robert Rodriguez, the mastermind behind the original film, is set to direct, produce and write the reboot, which will center around an all-new family of spies.

3. Have you ever watched a love triangle unfold on-screen and wanted to scream at the protagonist for picking the wrong person? Well, for the first time, you’re in control of a rom-com heroine’s happy ending. In Choose Love, our upcoming interactive romance film, Cami (Laura Marano) is caught between her boyfriend (Scott Michael Foster), her first love (Jordi Webber), and a British rock star (Avan Jogia)... and you’ll get to help decide her fate.

4. Spain’s most dramatic, dangerous school is back in session. After a Season 4 finale full of heartache, angst and murder, Elite’s fifth season drops April 8. Watch the spicy, saucy trailer here and get ready for Las Encinas’ new students to cause even more chaos.

5. Allow us to reintroduce you to Number Seven. Ahead of The Umbrella Academy’s third season, set to premiere June 22, Elliot Page has announced that their character, now known as Viktor Hargreeves, will transition this season. Re-meet Viktor on Page’s Instagram.

6. Revisit the early aughts in the brand-new trailer for White Hot: The Rise & Fall of Abercrombie & Fitch. Featuring exclusive interviews with former Abercrombie models, executives and employees, this scandalous doc traces the American brand’s breakout success (and fall from grace). The movie premieres April 19. 

7. Just weeks after Season 2 dropped, Top Boy has been renewed for a third and final season. This might be bittersweet news for fans of the critically acclaimed crime drama, but you’ll see star Kane Robinson again very soon...

8. ...In The Kitchen, an upcoming thriller co-written and produced by Daniel Kaluuya. The movie will follow Izi (Robinson) and his 12-year-old son as they struggle to survive a futuristic world in which the gap between London’s rich and poor has become drastically stretched.
