Sorry to interrupt the wedded Bliss (and Zack), but a new pod squad kindly requests your attention. Raise your golden goblets and lower your inhibitions, because Love Is Blind is coming back sooner than you’d think.
A fresh crop of hopeful singles will enter the pods for Season 5, which will be hosted once again by Nick and Vanessa Lachey. There are new faces, a new city, and the same age-old question: Is love truly blind? The Seattle-based singles from Season 4 seemed to think so, as the three couples who tied the knot during the season are still happily married today. But will this new crew have the same luck? Can they make it out of the pods and down the aisle? Or will they leave the experiment just as single as they started?
Get the answers to all your questions below to find out everything you need to know about the upcoming new season.
Kicking off on Sept. 22, new episodes will roll out each Friday across four weeks. A total of 10 episodes will follow the singles journeys for love.
Get your first look at the drama, romance, and jaw-dropping reveals in store for this season in the trailer, above.
The couples and singles will come together for the first time since the experiment began on Sunday, October 15. Premiering at 8PM ET / 5PM PT, the reunion will once again be co-hosted by Nick and Vanessa Lachey, as they break down this season’s twists and turns and discover where the cast stands today. Can’t wait? Check out the teaser below to get a taste of the drama in store.
The new group of singles, aged 24 to 33, come from entirely different backgrounds, but all have one thing in common: They’re taking an unconventional approach to finding love.
This season’s cast includes a firefighter, minister, ICU nurse, scientist — and if that wasn’t enough — two, count ’em, two Jar(r)eds. But no matter what they do or where they come from, the men and women entering the pods will have to trust the experiment to potentially find their soulmate.

No, Tiffany, the pods aren’t meant for napping. Complete with a couch, pillows galore, a stocked fridge, and a fully opaque, glowing blue wall, the pods are where every Love Is Blind story begins — and, for a few unlucky singles, ends.
Since the only requirement for the experiment is falling in love, sight unseen, the singles won’t be able to see each other in the completely soundproofed rooms, where they’ll prioritize emotional connections over physical first impressions. This season, Love Is Blind returns to Texas (the show was filmed in Dallas for Season 3) but this time, it’s Houston-based singles who are looking for love.
