(“Official Rules”)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries (defined below) received. Open only to legal residents of the United States (“US”) who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) US or the District of Columbia and who are 18 years of age (and the age of majority in their state of residence) or older at the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period (defined below). Begins April 13, 2023, at 5:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on April 20, 2023, at 5:00 a.m. PT (“Sweepstakes Period”). To enter, during the Sweepstakes Period, visit the Tudum website located at https://www.netflix.com/tudum and follow the instructions to complete and thereafter submit the entry form (which includes full name, email address and state of residence) (“Entry(ies)”). If you choose to submit an Entry via your web-enabled mobile device, data rates may apply. See your wireless service provider for details on rates and capabilities. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Limit one (1) Entry per person. On or about April 21, 2023, Sponsor will randomly select five (5) winners (“Winner(s)”) from all valid Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor will award five (5) prizes (“Prize(s)”) in total; one (1) Prize will be awarded to each Winner. Each Prize will consist of the following: one (1) Lacoste polo in collaboration with Netflix. Sponsor will make two (2) attempts to notify potential Winner via the email address submitted at the time of Entry. Winner must respond within two (2) days of such notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate potential Winner may be selected from the remaining eligible Entries. Sponsor’s decisions are final. Estimated retail value (“ERV”) of each Prize is One Hundred Forty Five (USD $145). ERV of all Prizes is Seven Hundred Twenty Five US Dollars (USD $725). Actual retail value (“ARV”) may vary. Any difference between ERV and ARV will not be awarded to Winner. All details of the Prizes will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and are subject to availability; prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE ANY PRIZE (OR ELEMENT THEREOF) WITH A SIMILAR PRIZE (OR PRIZE ELEMENT) OF COMPARABLE OR GREATER VALUE. PRIZE CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED BY WINNER OR REDEEMED FOR CASH AND PRIZE IS VALID ONLY FOR THE ITEMS DETAILED ABOVE, WITH NO SUBSTITUTION OF ANY PRIZE (OR PORTION THEREOF) BY WINNER. All taxes and other expenses, costs, and fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of Winner. By entering, each entrant agrees to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from any liability that may occur from participation in the sweepstakes and/or use of the Prize. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL, MODIFY, OR SUSPEND THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY ELEMENT THEREOF (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THESE OFFICIAL RULES) WITHOUT NOTICE IN ANY MANNER AND FOR ANY REASON (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IN THE EVENT OF ANY UNANTICIPATED OCCURRENCE THAT IS NOT FULLY ADDRESSED IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES). These Official Rules shall be governed by and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to any rules on conflict of laws. You agree to jurisdiction and venue in the federal and state courts located in the state of California.
