‘Glamorous’: Get Familiar with the Cast

The heartwarming comedy stars Kim Cattrall.

    June 23, 2023

Change your look, change your life. Glamorous introduces us to Marco Mejia (Miss Benny), an aspiring makeup influencer who lands a job working for makeup industry mogul Madolyn Addison (Kim Cattrall). Marco’s underdog story takes us on a stylish, funny journey through the cutthroat world of beauty, while delivering dashes of romance and asking what it means to reinvent yourself.

The series is now streaming on Netflix, and you can get to know all about the Glamorous cast, below. (See what we did there?)

Miss Benny

Marco Mejia

Confident but messy Marco is a quick-witted, fashionable, gender-nonconforming queer person who’s feeling stuck in life. That is, until he lands an intense job in a fiercely competitive, highly challenging industry that may offer a path to achieving his lofty dreams of becoming a big-time makeup influencer.

In February, Miss Benny told Tudum that their audition for Glamorous was unlike any other they’d had before. “If I had a dollar for every audition I went into prior to Glamorous where I was told to tone down my queerness… girl. And so I went into the Glamorous audition really apprehensive to be too flamboyant. I was giving very, like, ‘diet’ Benny. But then the feedback I got was to let go and be myself,” said Miss Benny. “My entire career I had never been given permission to let go and just give. And then I was being celebrated for my queerness? It was all the homosexual validation a doll could ask for.”

While Glamorous is Miss Benny’s first leading role, she previously appeared in Love, Victor and Fuller House.

Madolyn Addison

Once a supermodel, Madolyn built a luxury cosmetics brand, and now she’s an innovative big-decision maker in charge of the Glamorous enterprise. Despite her status, she’s still uncertain in aspects of her business and her personal life.

Cattrall never lacked for self-confidence as the iconic Samantha Jones in Sex and the City. The Golden Globe–winning actor also starred in How I Met Your Father and had roles in the beloved ’80s films Porky’s, Mannequin, Police Academy and Big Trouble in Little China.

Madolyn’s assistant of three years, Jade is sweet and loyal, but she wants to develop in her own career — and find love.

Payton had roles in Daybreak, Dynasty and iZombie.

Director of sales and Madolyn’s son, Chad might be a bit of a nepo baby — but he’s determined to win his mother’s approval by any means necessary.

A bit shy and soft-spoken, Ben is a designer who has a lot of opinions and angst but lacks confidence. Meeting Marco inspires him to push outside of his comfort zone.

Hsu Rosen previously starred in Pretty Smart and Tiny Pretty Things.

Ayesha Harris as Britt in ‘Glamorous’ Season 1 sitting with laptop.

A close colleague of Ben’s, Britt is also a designer, but doesn’t handle criticism particularly well. She has a longtime crush on a work colleague — and eventually discovers the feelings might be mutual.

Following guest appearances on The L Word: Generation Q, Abbott Elementary and This Is Us, Harris starred in Daisy Jones & The Six.

Graham Parkhurst as Parker in ‘Glamorous’ Season 1 having a conversation outside.

A self-labeled “finance bro,” Parker has an unexpected encounter with Marco that sets off a game of pursuit.

Parkhurst had roles in Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, The Umbrella Academy and Supergirl.

Marco’s loving mother only wants him to be happy. She always means well, bless her, backing his dreams with words of support, or even serving as legal counsel for Glamorous.

Riva previously starred in Dead to Me, Gordita Chronicles and Sunnyside.
