Emily in … Greece? The vibrant sneak peek of Emily in Paris Season 6 seems to reveal that everybody’s favorite American in Paris will jet off to meet her on-again, off-again chef boyfriend, Gabriel (Lucas Bravo), on a yacht. Above, see the pair explore an open-air market in one of the new photos from the final chapter.
At the end of Season 5, Gabriel catches wind that Emily and Italian fashion mogul Marcello (Eugenio Franceschini) have broken up. Gabriel sends Emily a postcard inviting her to join him before he starts work on billionaire Thomas Heatherton’s (Jonathan Cake) yacht. “I think the door’s always open between those two,” creator Darren Star told Tudum last season.

After all, Season 5 opens with Gabriel flying to Rome to tell Emily that he still has feelings for her. When he catches sight of how happy she seems with Marcello, however, he decides to return to Paris without disrupting her new life. “I loved that Gabriel understood her happiness with Marcello and allowed them to have their time together,” Collins tells Tudum. But despite their time and space apart, Emily and Gabriel’s magnetic pull toward each other is as strong as ever — and is now taking them south to the Mediterranean.
“I wanted the final season to feel like the biggest Emily in Paris experience yet. We went to multiple locations this season, and Greece was somewhere we really wanted to showcase in a spectacular way,” Star says. “That’s part of the fantasy of Europe: You’re always within reach of another extraordinary place, another culture, another adventure. I wanted the audience to have that vicarious experience of traveling right along with Emily.”

One thing that stays consistent across these extraordinary adventures? No matter where she travels, Emily’s signature style comes with her. Take a first peek at her seaside closet below.

Will Gabriel and Emily finally reunite for good, with the help of some warm Greek sunshine and feta cheese? Watch the new season when it premieres on Dec. 24 to find out.

Emily isn’t the only character revisiting an old flame: Her pop star best friend, Mindy (Ashley Park), who accepted boyfriend Nicolas’s (Paul Forman) proposal at the end of Season 5, can be seen spending some time with her ex Alfie (Lucien Laviscount). As a refresher: Mindy and Alfie got together in Season 5 but kept their growing feelings under wraps for fear of upsetting Emily (who used to date Alfie). When the news finally comes out, Emily is hurt — but more because her best friend wasn’t honest with her.

And as if things aren’t complicated enough, Nico asks Mindy for a second chance after their difficult split in Season 4. They get back together, and just as things start to escalate, Alfie calls Mindy asking to meet. Before Mindy and Alfie get the chance to have a much-needed tête-à-tête, Nico offers Mindy a diamond ring — and she accepts.

In the Season 5 finale, Alfie tells Mindy that he thinks her decision is a mistake, which explains their tense body language in the new Season 6 photos. Will Mindy follow through with her plans to marry Nico, whom she’s also featured with in the new photos, or will Alfie change her mind?
Emily’s Agence Grateau mainstays Sylvie (Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu), Luc (Bruno Gouery), and Julien (Samuel Arnold) are looking as sharp as ever — as is Season 5 newcomer Princess Jane (Minnie Driver), who came on as an equity partner. Jane’s disastrous work ethic tanks the Rome outpost, but still the financially derelict Agence Grateau has no business turning down her cash. It seems their office may have found someone furry to backfill Geneviève’s (Thalia Besson) role. Hopefully Agence Grateau can get back on its feet in the new season.

Stay tuned for updates from Emily’s travels and everything there is to know about Season 6.
