The wild fashion of Emily in Paris has always been one of the series’ biggest draws, and in Season 3 that’s truer than ever. No material, no pattern, no accessory was spared in costuming the stars of the comedy this year.
We’re talking leather, pleather, latex, spandex, sequins, rhinestones, fringe, feathers, tulle, denim, mesh, plaid, pinstripes, polka dots, florals, buckles, cutouts, statement shoulders, dramatic headpieces and COLOR. So much color. (On everyone!)

As you might expect, it’s just as fun to wear those looks as it is to behold their beauty. And the stars of the show are equally as obsessed with each other’s costumes as the viewers are.
“I love looking at your wardrobe. I’m always like, ‘What’s she going to rock up [in]?’ ” Kate Walsh (who plays Madeline) told Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu (Sylvie) during a conversation with Tudum.
While costume designer Marylin Fitoussi and Sex and the City Emmy winner Patricia Field collaborated on the first two seasons, this year it’s all Fitoussi, whom Leroy-Beaulieu calls a “genius.”
“We have racks of clothes and [Fitoussi] basically says, ‘What do you want to wear today?’ ” the French star says. “There’s so much creativity in the costume room — it’s a pleasure [to play Sylvie].”
In one scene, Leroy-Beaulieu and Walsh’s characters, aka Emily’s rival bosses, show up to a gala in the same dramatic dress. So who wore it best?
According to Walsh, “[Leroy-Beaulieu] definitely wore it better.”
