Season 2 will see Kate grappling with the aftermath of that deadly explosion at the end of Season 1. “Everyone is very rattled, and some people may not recover,” executive producer and director Alex Graves told Netflix.
As the ambassador searches for the truth, her worst fears unfold: the attack didn’t stem from a rival nation, it came from inside the British government.
“It's a terrible discovery, that they’ve been blaming countries who were probably not involved, and your closest friends may have been the perpetrators,” creator, showrunner, and executive producer Debora Cahn said. “It’s difficult to investigate your host country.”
