Netflix Bites is the official restaurant of Netflix House, located inside of Netflix House Dallas at Galleria Dallas. We’re serving up meals that fuse your favorite Netflix stories with comfort foods from around the world – all with an elevated twist. From screen to table: watch it on Netflix, taste it at Netflix Bites.
Yes! Netflix Bites is for everyone (including little ones!) and you can view the full menu on our Netflix Bites Dallas page. We will even have coloring sheets for the little ones featuring some of their favorite characters, so make sure to stop by.
Absolutely! Netflix Bites is open to everyone and free to enter. Whether you're planning to explore other experiences at Netflix House or simply want to enjoy a meal without having tickets to anything at all, you're welcome to stop by. Just come hungry!

We don't offer reservations at Netflix Bites! We've designed it this way to make it as easy as possible for you to swing by for a quick drink or snack, or enjoy a full meal. There's plenty of space for you to walk in and place your order using the QR code at your table, or order food to-go through one of our ordering kiosks.

Guests are welcome to enter and explore select areas of Netflix House anytime during open hours – it’s free to enter, no ticket required. However, for several experiences, you’ll need to grab a ticket. Trust us, it’s worth it.
- Whether you’re popping in for a quick visit or diving deep into everything Netflix House has to offer, you’re in control of your adventure. Play a quick game, enjoy a themed meal, immerse yourself in our longer, feature experiences – maybe even all of the above. No two visits are the same, and because entry to Netflix House is free (no ticket required!) you can explore and create your own experience at your leisure.
- Just like the content on our service, Netflix House is constantly evolving. Our experiences will refresh regularly throughout the year – so every visit brings something new, and there’s always a reason to come back.
Netflix House is a fully cashless experience. We accept all major US credit and debit cards as well as Apple Pay. Prefer cash? No problem. A cash-to-card kiosk is available on-site, so you can easily convert cash into a prepaid card for use throughout Netflix House (and anywhere else cards are accepted).
Netflix gift cards can’t be used on the Netflix House website, or onsite at Netflix House locations.

- Yes, there are several parking garages located onsite with complimentary parking.
For the Stranger Things and Squid Game ticketed experiences, guests ages 3 and up will need a ticket to fully participate and join in on the fun. If you are 18 or older and have purchased a ticket, you will be able to bring your child under 3 years of age without needing to purchase a separate ticket for them. However, please visit the FAQs for your ticketed experience for more details on the experience for children under 3 years of age, as certain limitations will apply.
Netflix House Dallas is located at 13550 Dallas Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75240. For rideshare, enter "Netflix House Dallas" as the destination. Drop off will be at the main entrance. A variety of DART routes operate in the vicinity of Netflix House, including route 022, 227, and 239. Park in the purple garage for direct underground access to the Red Envelope entrance of Netflix House, or use the orange garage and walk along the building to reach the House. If entering from the mall, proceed to the NW corner of Galleria Dallas on the second level near Nordstrom.
Ticketing
- Nope! Anyone is welcome to purchase tickets to Netflix House experiences regardless of Netflix member status.
- Ticket prices may vary depending on the experience, ticket type, and date/time (there are no additional fees, just pay the face value of the ticket and any applicable taxes). Select your Netflix House location to explore the experiences and see current prices. Prices are subject to change, so we recommend purchasing your tickets as soon as you are ready to make your plans in order to lock in your price and secure your spot for our popular experiences!
Tickets for experiences at Netflix House are available for purchase online or in person. To buy online, visit our homepage to select your location and explore the experiences there (they vary by location!). For in-person purchases, please note that capacities are limited and same-day ticket availability is not guaranteed.
- Not quite! Entry into Netflix House is free – you can roam around select spaces without a ticket. But there are ticketed experiences which you’ll need to purchase separately.

Groups of 20 or more will have access to exclusive ticket packages, private event spaces for select dates and times, and dedicated support from our Netflix House team. Yes! Please visit the Manage Booking page to make changes to your ticket. Requests can be accommodated up to 2 hours before your scheduled time. Please note, ticket prices vary by time. Selecting a new ticket may result in a price difference.
Refunds aren’t available, but you can absolutely reschedule your ticket up to 2 hours before your scheduled visit. Please visit the Manage Booking page to make the switch.
- After checkout, our ticket will be delivered to the inbox of your email you provided during purchase. Your barcode will be your golden ticket, so have it ready to scan when you arrive. No need to print it – have it available on your phone and you’re good to go.
Tickets are required for all ages 3+ to fully participate. Please visit our homepage to select your location and the experience(s) you’re interested in to view current prices.
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 25 years old while inside Netflix House. For entry into individual experiences, every group of up to six children under 14 must have at least one supervising companion who is 14 years of age or older. Please note that some experiences have specific age restrictions or may not be recommended for certain ages, so be sure to review each experience’s description before purchasing tickets. A parent or legal guardian is also required to purchase all tickets, food and beverages, and merchandise for anyone under 18.
- When purchasing standard tickets, you’ll select a specific date and time for your experience. Timed tickets help keep things running smoothly and prevent overcrowding, ensuring every guest can fully enjoy the experience.
- Absolutely! Just forward your ticket barcodes (by email or screenshot) to your lucky stand-in. But a quick tip: each ticket can only be scanned once, and remember that tickets cannot be resold.
- Some experiences are very popular and tickets can sell quickly. Join our list on the homepage to get notified when new tickets drop, and keep checking back – you never know when extra spots might pop up.
No need to print! Just show us your ticket on your phone when you arrive. If you can’t retrieve your digital tickets from your email, swing by Fan Services when you get to Netflix House.

Accessibility Information
Netflix House will have plenty of seating in Netflix Bites and benches available in key locations – like in our elevator lobbies. Please reach out to a Crew Member once you arrive at Netflix House if you need assistance finding a spot to sit!
- Only trained service animals are allowed inside Netflix House (not pets or emotional support animals – no matter how cute their faces are). With bright lights, booming sounds, and energetic crowds, it can be overwhelming for many animals. For everyone’s safety, our crew may ask if your dog is a service animal required due to a disability and what task it’s trained to perform. If your animal is disruptive or not under control, we may ask that it be removed (you’re still welcome to stay, though!).
Netflix House has multiple private spaces and single stall family bathrooms that may be utilized as private nursing rooms. Please connect with a Crew Member once you arrive at Netflix House for assistance accessing these spaces!

- While Squid Game the show is rated TV-MA and has dark themes, Squid Game: Survive the Trials is an all-ages experience. The Front Man might make an appearance, but don’t worry – you’re never in any danger and are completely safe throughout the experience!
- Theatrical lighting and loud noises are used in this experience.

Stranger Things: Face the Dark
You’ll step into Hawkins, Indiana, joining a search party on a mission to find three missing townspeople after a devastating earthquake. Equipped with headphones, flashlights, and guidance from the team leader, you’ll explore iconic and eerie corners of Hakwins and face Vecna himself.
The Stranger Things: Face the Dark experience offers fans an experience that is similar to stepping inside an episode of the series, which is rated TV-14 on Netflix. The experience contains intense conditions, including near darkness with frightening noises, strong language and disturbing images, along with theatrical effects such as gore, fog and strobe lights throughout.
Similar to elements and storylines in the show, this experience does have some of those same intense moments and jump scares throughout, so we advise parents to use their own discretion when deciding whether or not their child should participate. Squid Game: Survive the Trials
- Step into the world of Squid Game like never before. This immersive experience drops you into the arena where you’ll take part in five different games inspired by the show. For about 60 minutes, compete to climb the leaderboard – but beware, things are not always what they seem.
- This experience takes about 60 minutes. Note that once you begin, there’s no exiting and re-entering.
- Solo players are welcome! You’ll join groups of 24 players, so you’ll be playing alongside new friends (or friendly rivals).
Yes! You’ll be paired with other fans in the same timeslot until 24 players are identified to compete against each other.

- RePLAY is our one-of-a-kind interactive arcade – a social playground where you dive into the worlds of your favorite Netflix shows through real-life games and challenges. From quick physical games to immersive team-based Story Rooms, RePLAY brings iconic Netflix moments to life – no controller needed. Just tap in, team up, and get playing!
- You’ll find RePLAY on the second floor of Netflix House Dallas. No ticket needed to explore! When you’re ready to play, load credits onto a reusable RePLAY card at one of the kiosks, then tap your card at any game to jump in on the fun.
- RePLAY offers a mix of fast-paced, fun, and physical games inspired by Netflix shows. Dodge lava (Floor is Lava), seal rifts in the Upside Down (Stranger Things), and more. Some games are high-energy, some test your brainpower, and all invite friendly competition. Plus, dive into immersive, team-based Story Room adventures that put you right into the action.
- Games are played using credits, which you can load onto your RePLAY card at kiosks inside the arcade.
- Gameplay varies by game. Our Story Rooms usually last about 10 minutes, while some arcade games are as fast as a minute.
- Nope! Your RePLAY card is reusable. Any credits left on it will stay there for future visits. Just a heads-up: cards are only valid at the location where you bought them, so a card from Netflix House Dallas works only at Netflix House Dallas. And be sure to take care with your card; if you misplace yours, we will not be able to replace its value for you.
- Yes! Credits never expire and will stay on your card until you’re ready to play again. Remember, cards are location-specific – use your Dallas card at Netflix House Dallas only.
- Most games are designed to be fun and accessible for a wide range of ages. Some games may include lightning, sounds, or themes inspired by more mature Netflix shows. Story Rooms may have a minimum height or age requirements for safety. Check the signage or ask a Crew Member – we’re happy to help you find the perfect game for your group!
- Group sizes vary by game. Most arcade games are designed for 1 to 4 players, while Story Rooms usually accommodate up to 6 players. You’ll find the exact group size info posted at each game or Story Room entrance.
- Yes! Your group will be paired with other guests to keep the Story Room fun and lively. If you’d rather have a private session, just ask a Crew Member – they’ll help with availability.
RePLAY is a social experience, and we encourage you to bring along snacks or drinks from Netflix Bites to enjoy while playing. The only games we ask you to keep food and drinks out of is the Story Rooms – otherwise, feel free to sip your favorite drink as you discover your next favorite game.
