Chef Series: The Upside Down Dinner
Our Netflix Bites chefs are serving up something special. Take your taste buds to Hawkins with a three-course tasting menu that’s slipped through the rift – prepare for dishes coming out of order, inverted platings, and a very unnatural dining experience that can only be described as strangely delicious. Arrive as early as 5:30PM to grab a drink, mingle with fellow fans, and ease into the Upside Down before dinner begins at 6PM.

Pumpkins & Potions
Forget pick your poison — mix your potion instead during an all-new interactive event for the spooky season where you’ll concoct your own potion-inspired mocktail (alcohol available for separate purchase). Hallow-Eve: All-Access Bash
Halloween Eve, the House is all yours—don’t miss this all-access bash for ages 21+ that includes entry to Squid Game, all-you-can-play access to the RePLAY arcade, multiple DJs, and more. Netflix House is located in the northwest corner of Galleria Dallas, with its only mall-accessible entrance on the second level near the orange parking garage.Enter from the Street
Netflix House is located off North Dallas Parkway on the west side of Galleria Dallas. Park in the purple garage for direct underground access to the Red Envelope entrance of Netflix House, or use the orange garage and walk along the building to reach it.Frequently Asked Questions
Both options work! If you’re planning your schedule in advance, we recommend booking early to secure preferred dates and times — particularly on weekends. For more spontaneous visits, we also welcome same-day bookings and walk-ins (subject to availability).

Yes! We were built with families in mind — especially those with school-age children (7-14). Experiences are immersive and interactive, with varying levels of challenge so that both kids and adults can join in on the fun!
- Yes, there are several parking garages located onsite with complimentary parking.
For the Squid Game ticketed experience, guests ages 3 and up will need a ticket to fully participate and join in on the fun. If you are 18 or older and have purchased a ticket, you will be able to bring your child under 3 years of age without needing to purchase a separate ticket for them. However, please visit the FAQs for your ticketed experience for more details on the experience for children under 3 years of age, as certain limitations will apply.
VIP Packages will vary by immersive experience, but most often include priority entry to your selected experience and all-day access to the VIP Lounge, plus other premium perks designed to make your visit even more special — such as VIP-exclusive merch or all-you-can-play access to select Netflix House experiences.
