Isaac (Taylor Kitsch) and Sara (Betty Gilpin) face a brutal fight for survival in the mature-rated trailer for American Primeval, the new limited series from director and executive producer Pete Berg, writer and executive producer Mark L. Smith, and executive producer Eric Newman. 

“There’s no such thing as safe in this world,” Isaac warns in the above video. The viciousness of war is on full display as arrows fly, bodies fall, and blood marks the earth. 

Set on the harsh American frontier, the show is an unflinching dramatization of the violent clash between culture, community, and politics as men and women battle for control of the land in 1857. Dane DeHaan, Saura Lightfoot-Leon, Derek Hinkey, Joe Tippett, Jai Courtney, Preston Mota, Shawnee Pourier, and Shea Whigham also star.
