Ready to kick off the biggest weekend in football? This Sunday brings the climactic finale to the 2024 NFL season, with the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles facing off in New Orleans for Super Bowl LIX. But that doesn’t mean the game itself is the only thing worth watching this weekend!

There are a lot of different ways to feel about the Super Bowl — even beyond the choice of rooting for the Chiefs or the Eagles. But whether you’re a devoted football fan, a music lover who only tunes in for the halftime show, or really just in it all for the food, there’s a stream that will get you in the spirit this weekend. Now get moving, it’s game time!

  • New on Netflix in July 2026
A man and woman in pioneer clothing sit together outdoors on grass, next to a campfire tripod and a basket, with dry prairie landscape in the background under a clear sky.

But first, what’s new on Netflix?

A false positive. Amy Schumer stars in Tyler Spindel’s new comedy Kinda Pregnant as a woman who starts wearing a fake baby bump as she deals with complex emotions about her best friend’s pregnancy, only to meet someone while pretend-expecting. Not part of your family plan? Say cheers to the ladies of Sweet Magnolias. Season 4 of the romantic drama is now here, following its three best friends (JoAnna Garcia Swisher, Brooke Elliott, and Heather Headley) through the holiday season.

If you have just a night …

Catch the real show. One week after his “Not Like Us” Grammys sweep, Kendrick Lamar is taking the Super Bowl stage this weekend (with an assist from SZA), and you can prep for his big set by looking back on the prep for another game day show. The intimate 2022 documentary Jennifer Lopez: Halftime, directed by Amanda Micheli, follows the titular star as she puts together her 2020 performance at Super Bowl LIV, which she co-headlined with Shakira. And if you didn’t catch it ahead of Beyoncé’sGrammy wins last weekend, saddle up and revisit her epic Christmas Day halftime performance in Beyoncé Bowl

If you have a whole day …

Level up your snack game. Thanksgiving may get all the accolades, but football fans know that Super Bowl Sunday is a major contender for the biggest food holiday in the United States. Give the snack table the attention it deserves with a taste of Snack vs. Chef, in which 12 chefs compete to win $50,000 by re-creating — and then reinventing — classic snacks like Oreos, Gushers, and Flamin’ Hot Cheetos. And for a special Super Bowl treat, call up the New Orleans episode of Street Food: USA and celebrate the mouthwatering local cuisine of the city hosting this year’s game.

If you have the entire weekend …

Get in the game. For a longform stream that will take you all the way into the end zone, catch the first six seasons of All American. Inspired by the life of linebacker Spencer Paysinger, the teen sports drama follows a talented wide receiver (Daniel Ezra) from Crenshaw, in South Los Angeles, who is recruited to play for a posh high school in Beverly Hills.

Don’t forget, you have one last chance …

… for stardom. With 2022’s Pearl, filmmaker Ti West and star Mia Goth delivered the acclaimed second installment in the film series (the prequel to X, released earlier that year, and followed by 2024’s MaXXXine) and a chilling standalone horror film. Goth plays the title character, a dreamy young woman living in rural Texas during World War I who will do whatever it takes to become a movie star — even commit murder. Better watch it before it gets the ax next week.
