SCOOPS AHOY SWEEPSTAKES RULES

(“Official Rules”)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 

Void where prohibited. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries (defined below) received during the Sweepstakes Period (defined below). Open only to legal residents of the 50 U.S.,  D.C. or Canada (excluding Quebec) who are physically residing in one (1) of the 50 U.S., D.C. or Canada (excluding Quebec) and who are 18+  years of age (and the age of majority in their state of residence) at the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period (defined below). If potential Winner(s) (as defined herein) are from Canada,  in order to be declared a Prize Winner, a skill-testing question must be correctly answered without assistance of any kind. A potential Prize Winner from Canada who incorrectly answers the time-limited skill-testing question will be disqualified, and an alternate potential Prize Winner will be chosen time permitting. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, manufacturers, or distributors of sweepstakes materials and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees/officers/directors are not eligible to enter. Begins on November 6, 2023 at 09:00 A.M. P.T. and ends on November 13, 2023 at 11:59 P.M.P.T. (“Sweepstakes Period”). To enter, during the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://www.netflix.com/tudum and follow the provided instructions to complete and thereafter submit the entry form (which includes full name, email address, state of residence, and phone number) (“Entry(ies)”). If you choose to submit an Entry via your web-enabled mobile device, data rates may apply. See your wireless service provider for details on rates and capabilities. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Limit one (1) Entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. On or about November 13, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) winner (“Winner]”) from all valid Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor will award one (1) prize (“Prize”)[; one (1) Prize will be awarded to the Winner. The Prize will consist of the following: A one year supply of Scoops Ahoy ice cream. Sponsor will make two (2) attempts to notify potential Winner via the email address submitted at the time of Entry. Winner must respond within two (2) days of such notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification, and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion an alternate potential Winner may be selected from the remaining eligible Entries. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Estimated retail value (“ERV”) of the Prize is Four Hundred Twenty U.S. Dollars ($420). [ERV of all Prizes is Four Hundred Twenty U.S. Dollars ($420). Actual retail value (“ARV”) may vary. Any difference between ERV and ARV will not be awarded.  All details of the Prize will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and are subject to availability; prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE ANY PRIZE (OR ELEMENT THEREOF) WITH A SIMILAR PRIZE (OR PRIZE ELEMENT) OF COMPARABLE OR GREATER VALUE.  PRIZE CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED BY WINNER OR REDEEMED FOR CASH AND PRIZE IS  VALID ONLY FOR THE ITEMS DETAILED ABOVE, WITH NO SUBSTITUTION OF ANY PRIZE (OR PORTION THEREOF) BY WINNER.  All taxes and other expenses, costs, and fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of Winner. By entering, each entrant agrees to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Sponsor, Golden West, and each of their affiliated companies, from any liability that may occur from participation in the sweepstakes and/or use of the Prize. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend, or suspend this sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, epidemics, pandemics, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the sweepstakes. In such case, Sponsor may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor.
