They say two is better than one, and Jason and Brett Oppenheim would agree. Not only are they twins, but the brokerage brothers have opened up a second O Group office in Newport Beach — and it’s almost time to step in. Selling the OC introduces us to a fresh set of realtors looking to establish themselves in the luxury real estate market, and as the new trailer teases, expect even more drama coming our way.

Like its older sister, Selling Sunset, the upcoming spin-off will take us inside Southern California’s high-stakes market, but the series will be the first in creator and producer Adam DiVello’s franchise to feature men in the cast (aside from the twins and fan-favorite Romain Bonnet). “It’s a cast of guys and girls, which is different,” DiVello told Tudum back in April. The full Selling the OC cast includes the Oppenheims, three Alexandras, and a third-generation realtor.

“The cast is just wild, right from the jump; they don’t hold back. They don’t have any filters. They say what they’re thinking. And it’s a very drama-filled season.”

Joining the Oppenheim twins are agents Alex Hall, Alexandra Jarvis, Alexandra Rose, Austin Victoria, Brandi Marshall, Gio Helou, Kayla Cardona, Lauren Shortt, Polly Brindle, Sean Palmieri and Tyler Stanaland. Brush up on those real estate terms like escrow and contingency, because Selling the OC officially hits the market on Aug. 24.
