If you’re a Selling Sunset fan, you know that the Oppenheim twins have been teasing details about their new Newport Beach office and spin-off Selling the OC. Well, now we’re giving you the chance to see it before it even hits the market. Above, catch the first four minutes of the brand-new reality series ahead of its Aug. 24 premiere.
From the get-go, Selling the OC has what you’d expect from the Selling Sunset franchise: multimillion-dollar luxury properties with gorgeous vistas, those two rows of famed aviator desks and a group of determined real estate agents vying to make a blockbuster commission along with a name for themselves. And what’s clear from the opening sequence is that proximity to the beach doesn’t mean these O Group agents are any more chill: Alex Hall (one of three — yes, three — Alexandras at work) and fellow agent Brandi wait for their colleague Gio to walk through a massive $106 million, 18,000-square-foot home.

“I hope he doesn’t kill the vibe,” Brandi says.
“Who shows up late to an appointment?” Alex remarks disapprovingly.
“He invited himself,” Brandi replies, “and in a minute, it’s about to be access denied.”
“Close the gates!” Alex jokes.
The kind of real estate the OC crew is handling has really upped the ante and the tension among the realtors. As the three tour the primary bedroom with the owner, they gawk at the gargantuan sunroof over the bed, which opens and closes “James Bond”-style. “If you can’t get lucky in this bed, then you’re in big trouble,” Gio says to the shock of the others in the room. And that’s just the beginning.
Catch the full episode and the rest of the season when Selling the OC debuts on Wednesday.
