Is that the sound of Selling Sunset’s signature high energy pop — now with a beachy twist — in the distance? Because Selling the OC is strutting onto your screen. The Selling Sunset spin-off, also from megaproducer Adam DiVello of Laguna Beach fame, follows the expansion of the Oppenheim Group real estate empire to Orange County. Here at Jason Oppenheim’s Newport Beach office, we’ll meet a whole new group of ambitious real estate agents willing to do whatever it takes to close deals on multimillion-dollar luxury properties.
Expect the same sky-high real estate agent heels, but in some very different zip codes (and many more ambitious men in the O group mix). Here are all the details on this hot new listing.

Selling the OC opens its doors Wednesday, August 24.
The waves are calling — and the agents are answering. The Season 1 trailer unveils the gorgeous seaside mansions that power the O Group’s Newport Beach office. But it’s not all sand, surf and champagne in Orange County. Lots and lots of drama is ahead, and tensions are rising in the trailer. “She’s the worst person in the world,” Polly says over dinner. “They’re fucking jealous,” complains Alexandra Rose. And Tyler accuses a mystery group of being “bullies.” The realtor knives are out.

Every spin-off needs a friendly face for its brand new development, and Selling Sunset mogul Jason Oppenheim is that man in Selling the OC. As with the West Hollywood Oppenheim Group office, Oppenheim serves as boss, mentor and friend to his new Newport Beach realtors. And, oh, what a crew it is.
There are three Alexes to keep track of: single mom Alex Hall and the real estate duo of Alexandra Jarvis and Alexandra Rose. Then there are newer agents that make up the OC staff, like Kayla Cardona, Austin Victoria, Brandi Marshall and Polly Brindle, along with local veterans with deep roots in the community, including Tyler Stanaland — whose wife is Pitch Perfect actress Brittany Snow — and Gio Helou.
Will it be blue skies and even bluer beaches for the cast of Selling the OC? Only time, and deals, will tell. But these outfits have us feeling optimistic.
