Jennifer Coolidge is checking in as a Screen Actors Guild Award winner.
The veteran character actor followed up her recent Emmy and Golden Globe wins by collecting the award for outstanding female actor in a drama series at Sunday’s SAG Awards ceremony for her portrayal of Tanya McQuoid on The White Lotus.
Taking the stage to accept her statuette during the ceremony, which was broadcast live on Netflix’s YouTube channel, Coolidge tearfully said, “It's been a very special year and it's overwhelming. I want you all to know that I'm just so grateful.”

Coolidge also went on to thank The White Lotus creator, Mike White, for her victory. “You can give money to friends and do nice things to them. People love money! But, the best gift you can give someone is to change someone's perspective for the better, and that's what Mike White did for me.”
This was Coolidge’s first SAG Award win and second nomination (she was also nominated last year, for The White Lotus’ first season), beating out Elizabeth Debicki (The Crown), Julia Garner (Ozark), Laura Linney (Ozark) and Zendaya (Euphoria) in the category. She’s also nominated as part of the entire cast for outstanding performance by an ensemble in a drama series.
