Are you the friend who has no idea what the square root of pi is but could wax poetic about Martha Stewart’s thirst traps? Do you study ’90s sitcoms or Taylor Swift Easter eggs like it’s an AP test?
Well, good news! Pop Culture Jeopardy! is coming back with new episodes to a couch near you. Starting on May 11, the popular quiz show hosted by Colin Jost will premiere on Netflix every weekday through June 5.
The series puts a twist on the classic Jeopardy! format — with only very important questions about very important people (literally the VIPs of Hollywood and beyond). Contestants test their pop culture knowledge in various categories — from “Horror Made Wholesome” to “Bummer Movie Endings” — covering TV, movies, and music.

But the topics aren’t the only thing that’s different from the original quiz show. In this tournament-style game, teams of three play through knockout rounds until one emerges triumphant. And it wouldn’t be a competition show without a life-changing grand prize and, of course, bragging rights.
“Pop Culture Jeopardy! captivated an audience with its fun and energetic game play, building on the beloved franchise and offering fans an opportunity to test their zeitgeist knowledge,” said Suzanne Prete, president of game shows at Sony Pictures Television. “We couldn’t be more thrilled to be partnering with the exemplary team at Netflix to bring more episodes to our passionate and loyal viewers.”
