The Pogues take their treasure hunts very seriously in Outer Banks Season 3 — especially when El Dorado, the lost city of gold, is involved. Despite frequently finding their characters in high-stakes situations, the cast knows how to share some good laughs on set. Dive into Season 3’s trove of bloopers — it’s full of golden moments you won’t want to miss.
It can be hard to remember your lines when you’re surrounded by your fellow castmates turned besties. With a third season under their belts, the Pogues are all pros by now, but that doesn’t mean they’re not prone to breaking character when someone messes up a line. “Time to smother your mother… What’s the line?” Austin North, who plays Topper, asks during a serious moment with Madelyn Cline. Even Elizabeth Mitchell, who portrays the ominous Carla Limbrey, is susceptible to the giggles. “I forgot what I was gonna say,” she chuckles.

Laughter isn’t the only thing that’s contagious on set. Season 3 has its fair share of needle drops, and the cast never misses an opportunity to dance along. From group dance moves to Jonathan Daviss clubbing to a silent beat, there’s no fighting the rhythm with this crew. It’s clear that being a Pogue for life also means coming together for a little dance break.
In true Pogue fashion, it’s OK to get into a little trouble and not take yourself too seriously. This includes dropping the occasional f-bomb (we counted four in the blooper reel), burping loudly and proudly and making silly faces.
Now that you’ve got some laughs out of your system, dive back into Outer Banks Season 3, streaming now.
