Emily Will Continue Her Reign in Paris for Season 4
But, oh baby — her future is still up in the air.

C’est magnifique! Emily in Paris is sticking around for another season. Like Emily Cooper (Lilly Collins) herself, the series is a bit of an overachiever. The Emily in Paris creative team announced the rom-com’s Season 4 renewal back in January 2022, long before Em ever strutted back onto our screens in Season 3.
But, oh baby — now that we’ve seen Season 3’s cliffhanger, it’s more urgent than ever that fans get another glimpse at the lives of Emily and her Parisian pals in Season 4.

The Season 3 finale nearlygives Emily exactly what she wants: a relationship with “Le Chef hot”, Gabriel (Lucas Bravo). His surprise wedding to longtime girlfriend Camille (Camille Razat) is interrupted, finally leaving Gabriel truly single. In the last seconds of Episode 10, Emily assumes Gabriel is about to tell her about Camille’s infidelity in Greece. Instead he reveals Camille is pregnant with their baby.
“We wanted to have this ending, because it comes as a big revelation at the last moment of the season,” creator Darren Star told Tudum during Season 3’s launch. “We wanted that to be something that would build on so many other moments.”
The pregnancy twist certainly forces viewers to rethink many moments in Season 3 — and you’ll be scratching your beret wondering what could be next. Even Bravo is now speculating about the characters’ futures, telling Tudum, “It would be fun to see a Darren Star baby.”

Speaking of style, Star hints that Emily’s sartorial development is only just beginning. “We wanted her to feel a little more French in [Season 3],” he told Tudum. “But I don’t think she’s completely mastered the ‘simple chic’ look. Her look is evolving after her time spent in Paris and it’ll continue to do so.”
After tackling statement purses, fingerless leather gloves and unforgettable bucket hats, what fun accessory might be seen next on Emily? A bedazzled diaper bag doesn’t seem out of the question — even if it’s just something she’s carrying while babysitting.
