7 Daniel Craig Bangers You Can Stream Right Now

From Bond to Benoit Blanc, it’s a veritable Daniel Craig buffet.

There are a million reasons to love Daniel Craig. He’s been dominating the screen since his breakout role in 2001’s Lara Croft: Tomb Raider. Since then, he’s gained legendary status for his roles in action movies like Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, Logan Lucky, and Layer Cake. Craig has also flexed his range in comedies and fantasy adventures like The Golden Compass, The Adventures of Tintin, and Comrade Detective. But undoubtedly his most memorable characters are the lethal 007 and, of course, world-renowned detective Benoit Blanc. Luckily, several James Bond movies and the Knives Out sequels are now streaming on Netflix, so you can dive deep into Craig’s oeuvre right now. Keep reading to figure out which of the star’s films to check out.

Casino Royale

In Daniel Craig’s debut as 007, Bond suits up for his very first mission as an MI6 agent. With the help of the cutthroat Vesper Lynd (Eva Green), he plots to take down an infamous financier of global terrorism, Le Chiffre (Mads Mikkelsen), at the poker table. Directed by Martin Campbell, this 2006 movie also stars Judi Dench and Jeffrey Wright.

Quantum of Solace

Heartbroken about the murder of his lover, Bond (Craig) is back with a much more personal mission in Quantum of Solace. A dogged search for the shadow criminal organization that orchestrated his lover’s death leads him to Dominic Greene (Mathieu Amalric), an unsavory businessman with plans to seize a vital natural resource that will bring governments worldwide under his heel. Directed by Marc Forster, Quantum of Solace also stars Dench, Wright, Olga Kurylenko, Gemma Arterton, and David Harbour.

Skyfall

When MI6 is hacked, undercover agents all around the world are exposed, and there’s only one man that M (Dench) trusts to hunt down this new cyberterrorist. But what Bond discovers is so much more dangerous than she expected: Raoul Silva (Javier Bardem), a former MI6 agent, is hellbent on destroying M’s life after she abandoned him behind enemy lines decades ago. If Silva destroys all of England along with her, so be it. Directed by Sam Mendes, Skyfall also stars Naomie Harris, Ben Whishaw, and Ralph Fiennes.

Spectre

Suspended from MI6 by a new M (Fiennes), Bond heads off on a secret mission after a tip from a friend. A trail of contradictory clues leads Bond to his adoptive half-brother Franz (Christoph Waltz) — who was presumed dead for the past two decades — and a brutal family showdown that Bond never saw coming. Also directed by Sam Mendes, Spectre also stars Whishaw, Harris, Léa Seydoux, Andrew Scott, and Monica Bellucci.

No Time to Die

It’s been five years since Bond retired from MI6, but when his CIA buddy Felix (Wright) comes knocking with a mission, Bond can’t resist getting back in the game. But his extraction of a programmable nanobot bioweapon from the mansion of a Cuban criminal doesn’t go as planned, and Bond’s race to recover the weapon before England’s enemies deploy it leads him back into the arms of Madeleine Swann (Seydoux), a former lover. Directed by Cary Joji Fukunaga, No Time to Die also stars Waltz, Whishaw, Fiennes, Harris, Rami Malek, Lashana Lynch, Billy Magnussen, and Ana de Armas.

Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery

When out-of-touch tech billionaire Miles Bron (Edward Norton) invites his eclectic group of famous and powerful friends to his private island for a murder-mystery game, they’re shocked to find the world-famous detective Benoit Blanc (Craig) is joining them. No one can figure out who invited him, but they’re all grateful for Blanc’s presence when the game reveals a real murder. Directed by Rian Johnson, the second Knives Out film also stars Janelle Monáe, Kathryn Hahn, Leslie Odom Jr., Kate Hudson, Dave Bautista, Jessica Henwick, and Madelyn Cline.
