A small-town music teacher gets a chance to find love again when his daughter’s biggest idol descends on their sleepy suburban town to reignite her career and creativity. The family-friendly film, premiering Nov. 17, stars Aimee Garcia, Freddie Prinze Jr. and Deja Monique Cruz.
Despite being a world-renowned pop star who craves the spotlight, Angelina is losing relevance and growing weary of life in the fast lane, especially after the recent loss of her mother. When her record label forces her to record a Christmas song, Angelina decides that going out into the world and reconnecting with a devoted fan could help refresh her point of view.
Garcia is best known for her roles in Dexter and Lucifer. More recently, she was featured in the comedy series Woke, the children’s animated series Dragons: The Nine Realms and the Western Murder at Yellowstone City.

Cristina’s father, Miguel, is a humble single dad, small-town music teacher and recent widower. He once had a garage band but ditched his musical ambitions for a simpler life. When Angelina learns he has an unfinished Christmas song, she proposes a creative partnership to finish the song and split the profits.
Prinze Jr. is known for starring in the movies I Know What You Did Last Summer, She’s All That and Scooby-Doo. More recently, he appeared in the Punky Brewster reboot and Clerks III.
