A subset of these couriers, black knights, covertly move resources to refugees deemed unworthy of oxygen, food and water by the government. He and a handful of his colleagues have been secretly planning to undermine the evil business conglomerate Chun-myung Group’s aggressive migration plan — a plan that will have devastating consequences for the Refugee District.
