A war veteran spending some quality time with his little sister is forced to reckon with his past when armed militants take an entire bridge full of civilians hostage during a crowded Boston commute. As he relies on his elite military training, the former army ranger battles not only the hostage keepers but his traumatic wartime memories. Directed by Patrick Lussier (Play Dead) and written by Nathan Graham Davis (Cactus Jack), the 2024 movie Aftermath stars Dylan Sprouse, Megan Stott, and Dichen Lachman.

What happens in Aftermath?
When a heavily armed group of aggressors takes over Boston’s Tobin Bridge, former army ranger Eric (Sprouse) and his teen sister, Maddie (Stott), are caught in the cross fire. As the so-called vigilantes take everyone on the bridge hostage, Eric uses his military training to thwart them at every turn. As Eric attempts to save the lives of countless Boston commuters and uncover the truth behind the crisis, he finds an unlikely ally in a high-profile prisoner in transport, Doc (Lachman).
