We’re serving up meals that fuse your favorite Netflix stories with comfort foods from around the world – all with an elevated twist. Yes! Netflix Bites is for everyone (including little ones!) and you can view the full menu on our Netflix Bites Philadelphia page. We will even have coloring sheets for the little ones featuring some of their favorite characters, so make sure to stop by.
Absolutely! Netflix Bites is open to everyone and free to enter. Whether you're planning to explore other experiences at Netflix House or simply want to enjoy a meal without having tickets to anything at all, you're welcome to stop by. Just come hungry!

We don't offer reservations at Netflix Bites! We've designed it this way to make it as easy as possible for you to swing by for a quick drink or snack, or enjoy a full meal. There's plenty of space for you to walk in and place your order with a server, or order food to-go through one of our ordering kiosks.

Guests are welcome to enter and explore select areas of Netflix House anytime during open hours – it’s free to enter, no ticket required. However, for several experiences, you’ll need to grab a ticket. Trust us, it’s worth it.
- Whether you’re popping in for a quick visit or diving deep into everything Netflix House has to offer, you’re in control of your adventure. Play a quick game, enjoy a themed meal, immerse yourself in our longer, feature experiences – maybe even all of the above. No two visits are the same, and because entry to Netflix House is free (no ticket required!) you can explore and create your own experience at your leisure.
- Just like the content on our service, Netflix House is constantly evolving. Our experiences will refresh regularly throughout the year – so every visit brings something new, and there’s always a reason to come back.
Netflix House is a fully cashless experience. We accept all major US credit and debit cards as well as Apple Pay. Prefer cash? No problem. A cash-to-card kiosk is available on-site, so you can easily convert cash into a prepaid card for use throughout Netflix House (and anywhere else cards are accepted).
Netflix gift cards can’t be used on the Netflix House website, or onsite at Netflix House locations.

Yes. Our Spring Break programming is built with families in mind — especially those with school-age children (7–14). Experiences are immersive and interactive, with varying levels of challenge so that both kids and adults can join in on the fun!
Yes, the closest parking is the Red Parking Lot. Please note: our public entrances are located inside the mall (on both levels) and facing West Dekalb Pike.
For the ticketed experiences at Netflix House Philadelphia, guests ages 3 and up will need a ticket to fully participate and join in on the fun. For the Wednesday and Top 9 Mini Golf experiences, if you are 18 or older and have purchased a ticket, you will be able to bring your child under 3 years of age without needing to purchase a separate ticket for them. However, please visit the FAQs for your ticketed experience for more details on the experience for children under 3 years of age, as certain limitations will apply. Children under 3 are not permitted in the ONE PIECE or Virtuals experiences.
Netflix House Philadelphia is located at 180 N Gulph Rd, King of Prussia, PA 19406. For rideshare, enter "Netflix House Philadelphia" as the destination. Drop off will be at the main entrance. A variety of SEPTA buses operate within the vicinity of the King of Prussia mall, including routes 92, 99, 123, 124, and 125. The closest complementary parking is located in the "Red Parking Lot." Please note: the main entrances are located inside the mall on both levels and facing West Dekalb Pike.
Ticketing
- Nope! Anyone is welcome to purchase tickets to Netflix House experiences regardless of Netflix member status.
- Ticket prices may vary depending on the experience, ticket type, and date/time (there are no additional fees, just pay the face value of the ticket and any applicable taxes). Select your Netflix House location to explore the experiences and see current prices. Prices are subject to change, so we recommend purchasing your tickets as soon as you are ready to make your plans in order to lock in your price and secure your spot for our popular experiences!
Tickets for experiences at Netflix House are available for purchase online or in person. To buy online, visit our homepage to select your location and explore the experiences there (they vary by location!). For in-person purchases, please note that capacities are limited and same-day ticket availability is not guaranteed.
- Not quite! Entry into Netflix House is free – you can roam around select spaces without a ticket. But there are ticketed experiences which you’ll need to purchase separately.

Groups of 20 or more will have access to exclusive ticket packages, private event spaces for select dates and times, and dedicated support from our Netflix House team. Yes! Please visit the Manage Booking page to make changes to your ticket. Requests can be accommodated up to 2 hours before your scheduled time. Please note, ticket prices vary by time. Selecting a new ticket may result in a price difference.
Refunds aren’t available, but you can absolutely reschedule your ticket up to 2 hours before your scheduled visit. Please visit the Manage Booking page to make the switch.
- After checkout, our ticket will be delivered to the inbox of your email you provided during purchase. Your barcode will be your golden ticket, so have it ready to scan when you arrive. No need to print it – have it available on your phone and you’re good to go.
Tickets are required for all ages 3+ to fully participate. Please visit our homepage to select your location and the experience(s) you’re interested in to view current prices.
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 25 years old while inside Netflix House. For entry into individual experiences, every group of up to six children under 14 must have at least one supervising companion who is 14 years of age or older. Please note that some experiences have specific age restrictions or may not be recommended for certain ages, so be sure to review each experience’s description before purchasing tickets. A parent or legal guardian is also required to purchase all tickets, food and beverages, and merchandise for anyone under 18.
- When purchasing standard tickets, you’ll select a specific date and time for your experience. Timed tickets help keep things running smoothly and prevent overcrowding, ensuring every guest can fully enjoy the experience.
- Absolutely! Just forward your ticket barcodes (by email or screenshot) to your lucky stand-in. But a quick tip: each ticket can only be scanned once, and remember that tickets cannot be resold.
- Some experiences are very popular and tickets can sell quickly. Join our list on the homepage to get notified when new tickets drop, and keep checking back – you never know when extra spots might pop up.
No need to print! Just show us your ticket on your phone when you arrive. If you can’t retrieve your digital tickets from your email, swing by Fan Services when you get to Netflix House.

Accessibility Information
Netflix House will have plenty of seating in Netflix Bites and benches available in key locations – like in our elevator lobbies. Please reach out to a Crew Member once you arrive at Netflix House if you need assistance finding a spot to sit!
- Only trained service animals are allowed inside Netflix House (not pets or emotional support animals – no matter how cute their faces are). With bright lights, booming sounds, and energetic crowds, it can be overwhelming for many animals. For everyone’s safety, our crew may ask if your dog is a service animal required due to a disability and what task it’s trained to perform. If your animal is disruptive or not under control, we may ask that it be removed (you’re still welcome to stay, though!).
Netflix House has multiple private spaces and single stall family bathrooms that may be utilized as private nursing rooms. Please connect with a Crew Member once you arrive at Netflix House for assistance accessing these spaces!

Netflix V/RTUALS
We strive to make the experience as accessible as possible for everyone. Our wearable equipment has flexible sizing to comfortably fit many body types, but due to the length of the vest, please note the required height minimum is 48 inches. Please note – our haptic vests are adjustable up to 50 inches. Also, we do not recommend this experience for anyone who is pregnant or has heart conditions.

- You’ll be free to roam around Wednesday’s Eve of the Outcasts festival and Nevermore Academy – wander wherever your black little heart desires, play cursed carnival games, snap photos, and even solve a dark mystery with Thing.
- This is a self-paced adventure that you can enjoy as long or as briefly as you like, though most guests spend about 1 hour inside. Please note: once you enter, exiting and re-entering isn’t allowed.

- Not at all. Wednesday: Eve of the Outcasts invites you to embrace the eerie at the macabre festival and play carnival games that are wickedly fun for all. You don’t need to have watched Wednesday to enjoy the experience – but if you have, you’ll spot extra grim details and Easter eggs lurking throughout. Feel free to stream the show on Netflix.com before your visit for a little added delight.

ONE PIECE: Quest for the Devil Fruit
- You’ll embark on a mission to claim a legendary Devil Fruit hidden in the East Blue. With your pirate crew, you’ll navigate villains’ lairs, explore iconic locations, and encounter familiar faces from the ONE PIECE live action. Be prepared to solve clues, complete challenges, and race rival crews to seize legendary fruit before anyone else.
Each pirate crew can have up to 12 members. If your group is larger than that, you’ll need to split into smaller crews. And if your crew is smaller than 12, no worries – we’ll pair you with other pirates.

- This experience lasts for about 60 minutes. Please note: once you enter, there’s no reboarding – the quest is continuous with no reentry.
- We are calling all pirates – ONE PIECE aficionado or not. It isn’t necessary to have watched ONE PIECE on Netflix before attending. However, if you’ve seen the show you’ll have the best experience, so we recommend heading over to Netflix.com to stream before your visit.
- Feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like, just please be aware that taking photos and videos will limit your ability to participate in the story happening around you. We recommend waiting to take photos in our photo opportunity area at the end of the experience so you don’t miss out on anything!
- You can assemble your own pirate crew ahead of time or join a new one if you arrive solo. Each crew has a maximum of 12 pirates.
- You’ll be island-hopping across the East Blue, so dress for adventure. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes you can move in and closed-toed shoes (to keep your toes safe from rogue crewmates).

Netflix V/RTUALS
Yes, we require that players are at least 48 inches tall for our Netflix Virtuals experiences.
Our games typically last around 25 minutes. Beyond gameplay time, this estimate also includes time to gather your group, check in, and complete your registration, gear up and complete a virtual tutorial, and de-gear and watch your personalized video.
Try to round up at least one buddy – we recommend no less than 2 people in a group for the best gaming experience. And up to 6 players can join each game. If your reservation includes more than 6 players, your group will be split between gaming areas.
- Yes! Our games are designed for 6 people, so we’ll team you up with other guests to fill the remaining slots.
Each game can accommodate a maximum group of 6 people. You can book up to 12 people in a single time slot but please note that gameplay takes place across two gaming areas, so your group will be split. For larger groups, please reach out to our team by visiting the Groups & Private Events page. Our team is happy to accommodate larger groups, but please note that you will need to play in separate rounds.
Our VR experience is designed differently from others you may have tried – minimizing the risk of motion sickness. We use real-time capture technology to translate your real world motion to your in-game motion. This connection between your actual and perceived motion helps reduce or eliminate motion sickness for the majority of players. Plus, guests in the room provide a breeze to help keep you comfortable.
While a very small number of people might still experience motion sickness, our Crew Members at Netflix House monitor every game closely and can pause your session immediately if you feel unwell.
- All players have the ability to see each other and the environment limits thanks to the real-time motion capture. Clear boundaries in the game prevent anyone from wandering too far away or walking into a wall. In-game instructions will help explain this in more detail.
- Not at all! Each VR game is an independent story, so no prior viewing is required. However, those who are familiar with the content may have a bit of a leg up, so feel free to stream your title on Netflix before playing!
All equipment is cleaned and sanitized after each use.
Guests under 18 must have a parent or guardian physically present with them during the entire experience. That parent or guardian may play if they wish or simply provide supervision by cheering from the sidelines. Please be advised that all players must be at least 48 inches tall to play.

- Yes! We capture both in-game and out-of-game videos of your experience, which are emailed to all players afterward at no extra cost.
- Absolutely! Our Crew Members are happy to take photos for you, and you’re also free to take as many photos as you would like. Absolutely! Please wear your usual glasses or contacts. Our headsets allow for glasses with a frame width of less than 160mm, which is the most standard size of frames.
- Comfortable clothes that let you move freely are your best bet. You’ll be moving your body in the physical world while the action takes place in the virtual world.
Netflix Virtuals features a variety of VR games. These games require the ability to quickly move, duck, and turn. If you have concerns about the physical requirements of your game, please discuss with a Crew Member upon checking in and they can assist further.

We strive to make the experience as accessible as possible for everyone. Our wearable equipment has flexible sizing to comfortably fit many body types, but due to the length of the vest, please note the required height minimum is 48 inches. Please note – our haptic vests are adjustable up to 50 inches. Also, we do not recommend this experience for anyone who is pregnant or has heart conditions.
Top 9 Mini Golf
- Tee off through 9 holes inspired by Netflix favorites like Stranger Things, Bridgerton, Wednesday, and ONE PIECE. This isn’t your everyday course – high tech balls and sensors track scores and unlock fun new twists and game mechanics – creating the ultimate game experience for your friends and family.
Tickets can be purchased online or once you arrive at Netflix House Philadelphia. To buy tickets at Netflix House, you have two options: use the ticketing kiosks located at the entrance of Netflix House, or scan the QR code available in the entrance area of Top 9.

- Yes! There are no age restrictions, and we’ve got children-sized golf clubs available.
- Top 9 is fun solo or with a squad. Groups can range from 1 to 6 players. If your group is larger than 6, you’ll be split into multiple groups.
Tickets are required for all ages 3+ to fully participate and we’ve got children-sized golf clubs available! If you are 18 or older and have purchased a ticket, you can bring your child under 3 years of age without needing to purchase a separate ticket for them. However, your child under 3 will not receive a golf ball or putter.

Please check in at the entrance no later than 15 min after your ticketed time. Please note the experience will begin in groups, so there may be a short wait.
- Food and beverage can be purchased from Netflix Bites, just steps away from the course. You're free to bring drinks and snacks from Netflix Bites in with you to enjoy while playing. However, no outside food or beverages are allowed.
