Ransom Canyon Season 2: Go Backstage with Thomas Rhett and Jordan Davis

After a six-month stint as a concert pianist in New York City, Gracie’s dance hall owner Quinn O’Grady (Minka Kelly) returns to Ransom Canyon on a mission: to revive the town’s storied musical tradition. In the fictional universe, Gracie’s is said to have played host to legendary concerts by the likes of Willie Nelson and Waylon Jennings.

Quinn sets out to plan No Place Like Home, a massive music festival that’ll bring back crowds (and revenue) to her hometown. Who better to headline than real-life country legends Thomas Rhett and Jordan Davis? “Thomas and Jordan responded to the story of Quinn throwing this to save the small town,” says series creator April Blair. Adds Kelly, “They were so sweet, humble, down to play, and it just fit the vibe perfectly.” Go backstage and see Rhett’s “Boots,” Davis’s “Bar None,” plus their signature duet “Ain’t a Bad Life.” Above, watch Rhett and Davis tell Quinn how much it meant to them to be included— and maybe even tease a future collaboration. For now, they’ve delayed their flights back to Nashville to toast with a drink at Gracie’s. Cheers!
