The Italian romance series Deceitful Love stars Monica Guerritore as a hotel owner who shakes apart her family’s trust when she falls for a young drifter, played by Grey’s Anatomy star Giacomo Gianniotti. From director Pappi Corsicato (The Temptation), the drama is based on the 2019 BBC miniseries Gold Digger.
