





The battle for knowledge continues as another week of Trivia Quest wraps up. Last week we saw a variety of tough questions that left even the smartest of viewers scratching their heads, and the latest round is no exception. With themes ranging from video games to royalty, players really had to put on their thinking caps and dig deep.
Since its debut at the beginning of April, Trivia Quest has offered a set of 24 challenges each day to viewers. Players have the choice of easy or hard mode as they answer questions to help our animated hero, Willy, save his hometown of Trivia Land from the menacing villain, Evil Rocky.

Correct Answer: C) Lara Croft
Tomb Raider’s Lara Croft is largely considered one of the most popular video game heroines of all time. The first iteration of the title made its debut in 1996 in the form of games for PCs, PlayStation and Sega Saturn. Since then, there have been countless spin-offs, as well as movies created in her honor.

Correct Answer: D) The Lord of the Rings
It’s true! In the early ’70s, Queen Margrethe sent J.R.R. Tolkien copies of sketches she had drawn inspired by the Lord of the Rings trilogy. He was reportedly so impressed with how closely her interpretation aligned with his own that he included her sketches in a Danish edition of the book in 1977, under the pseudonym Ingahild Grathmer.

Correct Answer: D) Selena Gomez
We all knew that Selena Gomez was music royalty, with countless awards and record-breaking sales under her belt, but according to FindMyPast.com, the singer is IRL royalty, too. Well, distantly, that is.

4. Episode 8, Hard Question #9 Only 35.2% of viewers answered correctly
Correct Answer: A) Roblox
Available to play on Windows, iOS, Android and XBox, Roblox is a platform that allows users to program their own games — and play games created by others. It’s become hugely popular over the past few years, with one report finding that there are more daily users of Roblox than there are people in Canada.

5. Episode 8, Hard Question #7 Only 38.5% of viewers answered correctly
Correct Answer: B) Bioshock Infinite
Yep, if you want to fight a host of automatons built to resemble a very creepy George Washington, Bioshock Infinite is the way to go. The first-person shooter game was initially released in 2013 and is available for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Microsoft Windows, macOS, Linux and Classic Mac OS.
