Working in one of the world's most exclusive luxury home real estate markets, the agents of the Los Angeles-based The Oppenheim Group pride themselves on catering to their clients' high-end tastes and scoring multimillion-dollar deals. Behind the sales, rivalries flare up, friendships are tested and a vibrant personality joins the fold in this season of Selling Sunset.

While he runs The Oppenheim Group with his twin brother, Brett, Jason works to expand the business as he delegates more managerial responsibilities to one of his most trusted agents, Mary. Once a serial bachelor, he is now dating one of his agents, Chrishell, and is contemplating starting a family.

More hands-off with the Sunset office than his brother, Jason, Brett focuses on opening the new branch in nearby Orange County, California. Nevertheless, he still expects the agents to be aggressive negotiators and make the best possible deals.

With all eyes in the office on her and Jason, Chrishell tries to keep her personal and professional lives separate. Proud of her sales record, she doesn't want anyone to think she's being favored. She's eager to have a child, and hopes Jason will make up his mind about becoming a father.

As she returns from maternity leave, Christine prepares to face her colleagues, many of whom dislike her for her past actions. She continues to unapologetically shade her colleagues behind their backs, and tries her best to bring new blood into the office: an ambitious agent, Chelsea.

As Jason and Brett spend more time at the new branch, Mary takes on managing the team at the Sunset office. While she has a friendly rapport with most of the agents, she keeps the pressure on them to perform. Mary worries that her busy new role will give her less time with her husband, Romain.

After four years by each other's sides, Romain has been at odds lately with his wife, Mary, because of her desire to have more one-on-one time with him — especially with all The Oppenheim Group outings. He encourages her to speak up about her feelings, but sometimes it’s not enough to stop them from butting heads.

With her wedding coming up, Heather strengthens her bonds with her colleagues as they join in the prenuptial festivities. However, she remains on the outs with Christine, who has publicly trashed her fiance. Once close, she now doubts their friendship can be repaired.

Amanza is a former house stager who's now an agent with a keen eye for interior design. She hopes things will work out between her close friends Chrishell and Jason. Whenever tensions arise between her colleagues, Amanza tries to clear the air, but she's not afraid to call them out.

A competent agent who tries to stay above the office drama, Maya focuses on her work while maintaining friendships with everyone at the Oppenheim Group. Split between LA and Miami, she has to make a choice about settling down with her growing family.

Once Christine's partner in antagonizing the other agents, Davina now tries to be a team player. She and Christine are still friends, even though they've been slowly drifting apart. Under pressure to make a sale, she returns to a difficult but prestigious client for help.

A former soap opera star from Mexico City and one of the newer agents, Vanessa struggles with her sales. Meanwhile, she wants to be with her long-distance British boyfriend Nick, and must decide if she should stay in LA for her career or head overseas to be with him.

A top-performing agent, Emma sets a high bar for her colleagues, but remains humble. Like her friend Chrishell, she distrusts Christine, who has crossed them many times before. While she's not one to mix business with pleasure, she meets a client that could change her mind.

Intent on joining The Oppenheim Group, Chelsea gets a lay of the land from Christine. Confident and outspoken, she assures Jason she'll close a major deal and prove herself as an agent. She's well aware of her colleagues' growing tensions with Christine, and while she wants to defend her new friend, she also wants to stand out on her own.
