Have you made every possible combination of choices in the Netflix Stories games? Are you craving something different? More romance? More drama? More interaction? More ... vampires and mafiosi? It’s all here for you in Secrets by Episode, the hottest new game on Netflix.

Anything can happen when you’re trying like crazy to catch the eye of your dad’s assistant who is guiding you around Europe. Below you’ll find our tips to make the most of these excursions.

Dying of thirst

If your main character is too desperate, it might come off thirsty, and who knows, the object of your affection might not return your enthusiasm. Earn it instead. Play things cool –– don’t lunge at the first opportunity to take things into spicier territory.

By holding your feelings close to your chest, you can create a sense of mystery with your potential partner. Not to mention, this gives you a shot at learning more about them before you reveal more of yourself. It’s honestly surprising how much this can level the playing field between, say, you and a CEO, mafia boss, or undead Casanova, for example. Play your cards ... err, choices right, and your wildest fantasies might (virtually) come true.

A world of pure imagination

Secrets by Episode is the easiest way to make your fantasies come true — and some that aren’t even possible no matter how hard you wish. There are many different scenarios for you to explore here, each offering something just a little different from the last. Ever wanted to date your way into the mob? Go for it. What about bedding a billionaire? Sure thing. A power exchange relationship with a CEO? Nothing’s stopping you. Same goes for playing who-saved-whom at the local dog shelter. One of these interactive narratives even has you falling for a knockout European prizefighter.

Playing the part

At the outset of each narrative, you’ll get to customize the appearance, gender, and pronouns of your main character, giving you the option to make them as much (or as little) like you as you’d like.Same goes for the look and attributes of your lover. You have a choice in the way your romances play out.

Each story is customizable in this regard, and options made in one story won’t have an impact on the next story you choose. The romance will be swift and seamless, no matter what pronouns and gender you’ve selected for you and the persimmon of your eye. Or will it? There are plenty of gears ripe for thrown wrenches, and certain supporting cast members in each story aren’t exactly shy about their intentions to sabotage budding love.

Hold your bond high for all to see –– consequences and family politics be damned. It’s a tall order, but no one ever said love was easy.

New additions

Just when you thought Episode Stories couldn’t get any more dramatic, the Netflix edition raises the thermostat. This leans into the risqué, with more mature takes on these stories than you might anticipate — doubly so if you’ve played on other platforms. There’s still plenty of new here if you have, though. In fact, with your Netflix subscription, you’ll find new episodes that aren’t available anywhere else. Can you take the heat? Seriously. It gets pretty steamy over here, so be careful where you play.
