2/2 The Tinder Swindler What it is: They say you should always Google someone before dating them, but what if their lies are covered up by fake search results? Posing as a wealthy, jet-setting diamond mogul named Simon Leviev, conman Shimon Hayut wooed women on Tinder then defrauded them out of millions of dollars. Now some of his victims plan to swindle him back.

Why you should watch it: Never trust a man in Gucci with a bad fade; he might try to swindle you or sell you a hair straightener at the mall kiosk. Following Hayut’s elaborate web of lies is both riveting and mind-boggling. The real gem? Watching his victims pull a John Tucker Must Die move to expose their scammer. This is what girlbossing too close to the sun and actually succeeding looks like.

2/3 Murderville What it is: Will Arnett stars as the eccentric Detective Terry Seattle of the homicide division. Each episode, he teams up with a clueless celebrity guest star who helps him investigate a murder. The catch? The celebs aren’t given a script and must improvise their way through the case. Some will catch the killer, but others will get fired and go back to just being famous. 

Why you should watch it: This isn’t your college friend’s improv show that you’re forced to sit through on a random Wednesday night. With celebrity guests like Annie Murphy, Conan O’Brien, Ken Jeong and more, you know you’re in for a good belly laugh and plenty of character breaks. Murderville plays off of favorite crime procedural tropes with unexpected comedic moments (like O’Brien insisting that Senator Dianne Feinstein used to beat him up).

2/4 Sweet Magnolias (Season 2) What it is: Lifelong friends Maddie, Helen and Dana Sue are back in Serenity for Season 2. Together, the Magnolias will continue to work through new relationships, heal old wounds and navigate town politics.

Why you should watch it: Finally, we’ll get some answers to Season 1 cliffhangers, the biggest one being who was in the car wreck with Kyle? The upcoming season also serves up more drama with some sweet (and not-so-sweet) tea getting spilled. 

For fans of: Ginny & Georgia, Dead to Me, Firefly Lane

Through My Window  What it is: Move over, Tinder — the new way to fall in love is mooching off your neighbor’s Wi-Fi. Adapted from Ariana Godoy’s Wattpad story and bestselling novel A través de mi ventana, the Spanish film follows Raquel and Ares, two next-door neighbors. She’s always had a crush on him, but, after confronting him for using her Wi-Fi, their relationship takes a steamy and romantic turn.

Why you should watch it: It’s a big year for neighbors fawning over each other through their windows. Apparently curtains are in their flop era. This latest installment of the Wattpad-to-romantic-film pipeline is the perfect stream to warm up for Valentine’s Day. It has everything a good romance movie should have: an opposites attract storyline, extravagant parties and plenty of makeout scenes to swoon over.
